I am updating my rating from 4 stars to 5. I purchased these at the beginning of the summer out of desperation in hopes that it would help me with my new summer job where I would be required to be standing and on my feet ALL day every day where I worked at an amusement park. I have plantar fasciitis, I am 40 yrs old, and slightly overweight. And I was DYING only 3 hours into my shifts. I would come home in SOOO much pain, and run dying to throw back some ibuprofen and stick my feet into some ice water and to put them up. I would be so cranky and miserable. I was SEARCHING for something that might help. I came across these and a few others, and decided to take a chance. To be honest, I didn't know what to expect, and didnt have very high hopes. I am SOOOO glad that I got them! When I first put them in, I was a little scared. They didn't seem that soft, and the padding seemed a little stiff and to hit right where my plantar fasciitis was worse and where all of the sore spots were. It seemed to hit and coddle my feet in a way that kind of made me nervous. And they seemed to make my shoes feel a little tight. I cut them according to the guidelines and instructions, and it seemed to not fit quite right in my shoes, and I was a little nervous about them. WELL, they obviously knew what they were doing when they made these, because what ended up happening was that... those spots where the stiff padding hit just right, ended up messaging the spots exactly where they NEEDED it! And they ended up cushioning and supporting my feet JUST RIGHT! PERFECTLY! They settled into my shoes perfectly and after a few uses fit absolutely perfectly! Absolutely AMAZING. My feet ACTUALLY don't get tired during or after a long shift anymore! Truly a miracle! It actually got to the point where I looked forward to putting on my shoes and being able to wear them every day! I absolutely love them. And I am SO GLAD that I got them. If they don't seem quite right at first, give them a chance! You just may end up loving them. My plantar fasciitis has improved. And I don't come home in excruciating pain anymore. And I have worked long shifts nearly every day, all summer! I was able to make it all the way through my shifts each and every day! Thank you!!!!!!!!

Pretty comfortable. The pair i bought fit my 8 1/2 dress Oxford perfectly. I went by the size chart. I use them for my Honor Guard duties at Fort Logan National Cemetery. We do anywhere from 2-11 services. On our feet on concrete or hard ground all day sometimes. We had 5 services today. The insoles did help me.

I had knee surgery and now have a plate and screws I have to walk a lot for my job these have really helped you wont buy any more gels or store bought insert's again. Arch support and heal cushion are next level. It’s been two weeks so durability I can’t say but with the thickness gotta out last regular ones I’m 6’ 250 after dinner size 10wide now the ones I got I didn’t have to cut to fit so pay attention to that. Get relief!!

These insoles are just okay. My husband stands at a chicken plant for 9 hours a day and he still comes home with blisters and aching feet. I guess they would work well for someone who doesn't stand for hours at a time, but for a standing job, you definitely want to look for something else. Price is also a bit over the top for the quality.

I work long shifts in a warehouse. I wear steel toe shoes. I'm a pretty heavy guy and lift heavy packages all day. Before these, I would have such sore feet and muscle cramps that I wouldn't be able to walk after my shift. These inserts leave me with very little soreness when actively working and after sitting for maybe ten to thirty minutes there is no soreness at all. I am able to easily get back on my feet. I don't have to soak my feet after work anymore. The inserts fit and don't slide at all. They are a good price. I have very flat feet and can tell these are providing great arch support. They're not too thick but have a good padding at the heel. I will see how long these hold up but they seem durable from a few weeks use already.

These are amazing so far. I’ve been through 5+ Dr. Scholl’s to no relief in the long run. Multiple inserts and memory foam and nothing worked. These feel so good the heel is actually wide enough for my foot I’m so hopeful these work for the long run I will for sure be back. Thank you!
