The media could not be loaded. Best thing I ever purchased! With 3 dogs and 2 cats this thing does the cleaning that I am unable to do! Easy setup, the mapping isn't hard to do at all. Took her out picked my spot to place the station and away she goes. Also it's very handy to connect her to Alexa , I just tell Alexa to tell her to clean. Now for the cons: the station only allows me to go 2 days without refilling mop water and the emptying dirty water , I use her daily. My house is small , but I only clean 4 rooms daily. I'm not sure but she cleans 1100 to 1300 square feet? I should have upscaled to another model, also the girl does not sense cords, I will not run her at night, she's to loud and of course there's the chance she could run into the old dogs mess. My house was smelling like a kennel but now absolutely no smell! Thanks Roomba! U are invaluable. ... show more

This thing is crap. Thought I was upgrading from the J7 model but this thing has been nothing but frustrating to the point I want to chunk it in the trash. I ordered one from a different brand and won't buy another iRobot product again even though I've owned 3 or 4 of them over the last 15 years. For context I have vinyl floors and only one rug in the entryway, 2 dogs with one of them shedding like a husky, so I'm used to cleaning the dustbins and filters and checking around the rollers for dog hair from my previous models. I've also had to tear apart several of the robots I've owned to deep clean when they hit the unspeakable droppings that furry friends can sometimes leave behind at times. So I have a decent understanding of these things. -I have to restart the robot almost everytime I go to use it -I have to keep an eye on it to make sure it does the job -The Roomba Home app is complete garbage -It struggles with wifi even though I live in the country and my phone tries to connect to my router from a quarter mile away -IT WON'T ACTUALLY VACUUM! It worked okay at first, but now it won't even suck up dust even though you can hear the vacuum motor come on and I have it set to the highest suction setting with 2 passes. I have checked and rechecked the filter and around the brushes and the passage between the brushes and bin, in essence everything I can without being an iRobot tech. I throw in here a last note: It's possible I got one that was defective, but I missed the return window because I was trying to tough it out and thought maybe I wasn't using it correctly since I had to switch to their new app. So now I'm stuck with it, and I don't even want to sell it to someone or give it away. UPDATE: I finally gave it away to someone but halfway felt bad about it ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The G135 combo is SPECTACULAR. I love how she runs. She is powerful. It talks out loud to tell you what it’s going to do like “returning to dock to charge” or “starting cleaning” etc I have the app on my phone to tell the robot what to do. It made a map of my entire apartment. It knows the difference between carpet and hard floor for the purpose of mopping or vacuuming or both. The battery life is quite long as well, usually lasting about 2.5 hours to deep clean all my rooms, and still returning to the dock with around 72% charge left. It rarely gets stuck and usually finds its way out of tricky areas, but if it can’t; sends a message to my phone via the iRobot app saying “roomba needs some help” which I find adorable. My roomba, I named Machina, (because the app actually prompts you to give it a name during the registration process) usually only gets stuck if I leave clothes or charging cords on the floor. The value for the price is outstanding as well! I really enjoy the self emptying features and how it changes its own water, and lets me know when the tank or vacuum bag is getting full! I would 💯 recommend the iRobot Roomba Plus 405 G135!!! Outstanding job on this one!! Saves me a LOT of time and energy doing all the floor stuff for me!! ... show more

Nice combo unit. If you have a roomba already it does not sweep dog hair as well as my 960. It has multiple ways to set it up in the app. I set the sweeper to the highest setting. I set it to sweep and then mop. The app is good as you can set it to do different things for different rooms. The only reason for four stars is the brush roller is poorly designed and you have to manually remove it and take it apart on the ends to get the dog hair out of the ends that will eventually lock up the roller ... show more

Great purchase! It is worth every penny! The set up was extra easy, setting up the application on my phone to get the iRobot to work was easy and now cleaning is flawless!! It goes through every single spot in the house! It goes on top of the carpets without any problem, but if it is mopping it doesn't go on the carpet! The noise level is not to high unless it comes back to the charging station to empty itself, but it doesn't take too long! I would not use at night time! The station is not too big, so it doesn't take a lot of room! I regret not having purchased this before! 😃 ... show more
