Had to return it for $137 shipping plus restocking charge of 20%. Why? It has no reverse. So in tight corners you have to stand up and move the scooter so you can go forward. More like a toy than mobility assistance.

I have off and on mobility issues that require my I RIDE. I had a folding electric wheelchair that was cumbersome, difficult to load and unsuitable for the $3000 I spent on it. The I RIDE gives me back my independence and pride. Others find it cute and envious. My nurses play with it while I am in consultation with my Doctors and PAs. It helps make the whole office laugh and giggle. While it has no reverse, it is so light and maneuverable, that reverse is not an issue. It turns on a dime inside elevators and other tight spaces. Confused why this scooter has such low scores. My daughter had to use this scooter for 7 months while she was pregnant on pelvic rest. This scooter allowed her to still be able to do things with her family. After my daughter was done with it my daughters God mother is an amputee and was able to use the scooter to walk her dog and take her son out for walks while out of town. We get so much use out of it that we are actually getting ready to upgrade to the IRide 2 ... show more

It's a very cool scooter but no reverse. Also, Pride does not support their products and parts are often unavailable. I own several Pride scooters and now two of them are irrepairable with no parts now or in the future.
