The list of what I like is so much longer than what I would say I dislike. I'll get the dislike out of the way. The assembly guide was pretty much non-existent, but it was fairly easy to figure out. When it completes a massage cycle it just shuts off and does not reset back so you can get out. You have to turn it back on, select a cycle, then turn the power off. Then it will go back to the neutral position so you can actually get out of the chair. It would also be nice if the heat and ionization functions could be defaulted on so I didn't have to try to free a hand that is now captured in one of the armholders to adjust the settings on every single cycle. Now for what I liked, The chair is comfortable. Does a very good job has a lot of functions and is very quiet. A lot of massage chairs are noisy when the motors operate, especially the compressor for the air functions. This one is not. You could easily have a television at a normal listening level. Be sitting in this chair and not disrupt anybody's viewing. It feels very solid. Has a lot of functions. My sister bought a Japanese branded chair for more than double this money and my one has more features and seems to do as good or better of a job ... show more

    • One of the best Massage chairs I have ever been in.
The chair arrived earlier than expected. The delivery driver put it in the garage for me & was very nice & very pleasant. I took the box apart & we got the parts of the chair into the room it was going into. we started putting it together & 45 minutes later (might take some people longer) it was ready to be used & because we put it together, they sent us a massage gun. I thought it would be a not so expensive one, but it wasn't. It's very good quality. We love this chair, it gets used everyday. It has many different settings, that you can use, depending on what part or parts of your body are hurting. We highly recommend this chair, it's especially nice that you can listen to music from your phone on it, the speakers are placed perfect. The heat is also good on it as well as the air that it puts out. This chair will make your body feel so much better each & everytime you use it. We would give this chair 10 stars if it would let us. ... show more

This is a very high quality massage chair. Taking delivery, it was well packaged and we experienced no damage whatsoever. We tried to get the white glove service to help move it to our 2nd level of our house, but due to scheduling issues, it did not work out. We found two strong men in our neighborhood to assist me. With a stairs hand truck purchased from Harbor Freight and two men on top of the box, and the big man push from below, we were able to manhandle this very heavy chair (in the box, with the arms removed) upto the 2nd floor. Once up there, the assembly was easy enough by watching the youtube video and taking about 30 minutes to an hour to finish. It powered and worked immediately. We have been using the various pre-programmed settings and we love the stretch one the best as it does stretch your entire body. The chinese and thai massage are similar, but also useful to work out the kinks in your joints. There have been complaints about the roughness of the spine massage, but I enjoy this level of massage, but if you can't take it they do provide a pretty good 2-layer back overlay to help. All in all, we are enjoying the chair everyday (with the two of us), and we anticipate many years of enjoyment ahead. ... show more

Pros : seller was amazing, white glove service is very efficient, chair is comfortable. Large number of automatic modes. Track Goes all the way to top of thigh. Has Bluetooth, wireless charging , speakers, back heater, zero gravity mode. Cons: the lower back, shoulder and foot rollers are very intense even at the lowest setting. Will try to add some padding or layers to reduce the impact. Update : after adding padding the rollers are much better and I am able to get a ... show more

    • The chair only lasted less than 6 months and stopped working
We bought this A710 4D Massage Chair in Mar 2023. It worked in the beginning, however in less than 6 months, the chair stopped working. No matter what program i chose, it only massaged lower body and legs. It could not massage neck, shoulder and upper body. For a several thousand dollar chair, I expected it would last longer than 5 months. After several attempts including virtual call with their manufacture engineer team in China, this chair was not repairable. They offered me options to return or replace. If i chose return, i need to package the chair and move it outside of my house for pick up. We were not able to handle this heavy chair. After several calls with customer service and her supervisor, we agreed to get a replacement. They arranged a new chair to be delivered. After a 2-month process, we got a new replacement chair and the old chair was taken away. The customer service has very good attitude and was very helpful. However, I was disappointed by the quality of the chair and technical support. I hope the new replacement chair can last longer. ... show more

    • Its a good purchase.
We purchased this chair over a month ago because of my husband's sciatica. He's been in constant pain for months now and with therapy, pain meds and the regular use of this, it's made his pain more manageable. The rollers don't go all the way down to the hamstring but it does touch some areas in the glutes that definitely eases the pressure a bit. I love that it has different massage features that we have not explored yet and the fact that I can use this as often as I want is such a bonus. Im a little smaller in built so the shoulder pads and the calf massage doesn't reach me as it's suppose to do, but I do love the foot rollers. I am not a big fan of the heel feature (that thing hurts) so I just move my feet further out to avoid the heel grasping. Obviously, it's a chair - it won't get all the muscles you want it to get like with an actual massage therapist, but you can customize it to at least touch up on some muscles that need attention. I'm glad we bought this chair. It's a cheaper alternative to getting regular massage in a spa. The company delivered it quick and promptly. ... show more
