The media could not be loaded. I have been eyeing this chair for years. It truly is a great investment and I love the quality of this Great material. It seems like it’s going to be something that will last for years to come once I get my salon I will be purchasing more. It reclines very well it is very nice functioning. I am 5’9 and when I extend it to the highest it could go my feet still don’t touch the ground. So if you do have tall customers, they will be comfortable. If you’re doing hair or lashes, the recline is very nice and comfortable. Has a few levels of where you can’t adjust it to. I am honestly thankful that I found this chair, very stable and affordable. I grew up in the salon and the chairs weren’t always the most comfortable so I know that this will be a game changer because I had my child sit in it and he was comfortable and so were myself and my husband. 10/10 will be buying more! ... show more

It gets the job done. We were able to put it together no problem. Issue is the back of the chair. The cable that controls the locking mechanism gets stuck on the pump and people fall back when that happens. But if you try to put the cable around the bar that’s down there, it doesn’t ever lock; I still don’t understand why that happens. I solved it with a loose zip tie so it doesn’t get snagged on the pump but still hangs below the bar, and is still able to lock when needed. It feels pretty cheap (wiggly) but no issues outside of that. You get what you pay for. If you want a chair for professional use, keep the zip tie trick in mind (at home too I guess lol), and save up for an official barber chair. But it fits into my shampoo bowl, it pumps up, and has a head rest if you need it (which I did and it gets the job done). Great for a starter chair or at home chair. ... show more

Honestly, lifting someone who’s sitting on the chair can be quite challenging, it’s to hard and my foot hurts trying to lift the person up and down and the sounds the chair makes when I try to turn a person around it’s extremely uncomfortable.

However, I encountered a significant issue upon opening the box—I'm missing all the screws and the foot rest. I reached out to the seller for assistance and am currently waiting for a response. *UPDATE* 04/21/2025 - customer service was amazing ! They helped me fix my chair by sending replacement parts for the hydraulic to be able to be fixed 🙏🏼. They were very fast and attentive to me and i will start on it tomorrow. Give them a try you are backed up by their exceptional customer service. WOULD RECOMMEND. *OLD REVIEW* 03/25/2025 Only used about 10x and the hydraulic press which makes it recline popped off. Not even more than a month and now im stuck with a chair that doesn't recline.
