Nails came rusted and screws barely fit. Back won’t stay up. Edit.. the brand sent me a new chair and refunded me. The new one was a lot easier to put together though still odd and is sturdier but I’ve only used it one day so far.

The chair came as expected, there was no issues with shipping or with the supplies enclosed to put the chair together. The chair feels very sturdy and the seat is nice and wide. For us who have thick thighs and carry nice sized Peaches in the rear, this chair does not disappoint. It's very comfortable and the reclining feature is a bonus. When I sit in the chair and recline it all the way back, the chair still stands sturdy and feels secure. It pumps up and goes down with no issues and I love the black and gold color. Very clean looking salon chair. Value for money is great, functionality aswell. Weight of the chair and quality of the screws could have been abit better, but again for how much was spent for a salon chair, it was a decent purchase.

It works for what it is. It’s superrr stiff, I worry about my clients sitting in it for extended periods of time which I’m upset about. The instructions are minimal and not detailed. I can confidently say I can put almost anything together but this was confusing. And it doesn’t come with all the tools needed so make sure you have a socket set on hand. Overall I’m not thrilled with the purchase. But I needed something that would show up quick.
