This is seriously my favorite Christmas gift ever! We had been eyeballing this chair for awhile and I’m so glad we decided to treat ourselves to it. Shipping took a couple weeks, so we had to be patient, but the delivery went smoothly and the driver helped us get it inside to the right room. The chair was easy to assemble even though the instructions were of no help at all. It is sturdy and good quality. I saw several reviews saying it doesn’t fit tall people, but my 6’2” son-in-law fit just fine as did my 5’3” daughter. For those with longer legs, push your feet down and the leg pieces extend. The neck massage hits exactly the right spot and the circulation compression on the legs and arms are fabulous. It’s actually helped my carpel tunnel. The price on this chair is amazing for what you get. Yes, backlit controls would be helpful, but that’s minor. I highly recommend!

This is a nice chair. It’s above avg for the price. My chiropractor has a $8000 chair & there is a difference between $8k and $1k. However, the whole family loves it and it does do the job. It has multiple functions but some of them are redundant meaning you really don’t notice the difference. Zero gravity is cool & the foot rollers were a positive surprise. The upper back hits the good spots but the upper neck is a little awkward. I believe I am too tall for those rollers but I’m only 6’0 tall. The only negative really is the head pillow…there isn’t one! But overall, it looks great, works good, and was easy to set up. Set up was two pieces and very simple. For the price, it’s a nice chair with good reviews on you tube.

The chair was great but we’ve had it less than a year with not even daily use and the control panel doesn’t work right and it makes a buzzing noise. Nothing happened to it to cause any damage, it just stopped working.

Purchesed this chair for a family member with some limited mobility her movements seem to be slowly improving, said she can sleep better after using the chair. The chair has lots of different settings for massage, it also has blue tooth you can listen to music during massage. It is a great product of good quality with many functions. Assembly was not difficult takes about 20 to 30 min. It was delivered more than a week earlier than expected. I highly recommend this chair for staying at physical best. I really like the zero gravity resting position. Oh! and the foot massage is really wonderful.

It is made for smaller people. I’m 5’7 and about 135 pounds. My legs and torso are long. The rollers on the upper back rub across my boney scapula and the neck/trapezius rollers pretty much don’t touch my neck as they seem to be made for a man’s thick neck. You can move yourself around though to get it to hit the right spots. The lower back rollers are pretty good and I can shift my hips forward a little to really get the rollers to hit my glutes a little more than my low back. The leg compression is perfect as I have chronically tight calves from running group exercise circuits 7-8 hours a day and the foot rollers are a nice touch. I do wish when you pushed down on the feet to extend legs further out that it would stay put but it’s spring loaded so you have to keep pushing it which doesn’t allow you to be fully relaxed for the massage. The compression in the shoulders, hips, and forearms is amazing. Overall it’s a really nice massage chair for the price and compact with a nice look. My husband is 6’1 and has to maneuver around to get it to hit just right. It is definitely made for smaller people maybe 5’4 would be a perfect fit.

We've had it for about 6 months now. I have to say we barely use it anymore. the set up is meh and its hard to get in and out of, its all pressure mechanics with ball rollers. nothing special. if you have more money id wait for a better one. i really cant recommend this at all. but its better than nothing but you'd never sit in it for more than 30 minutes it is not a comfortable seat.

I purchased this chair after researching other chairs at Sam’s Club and Costco. I waited until Prime day to purchase “great deal”. I wanted a chair with zero gravity, blue tooth and all areas massaged. The box was delivered with a time window you can select to accommodate your schedule. The delivery men placed the box in the room I desired. The chair arrives in one big box inside are two large parts. Assembly was not difficult. I purchased the warranty. The chair is exactly as described. The leather is soft and the monitor is large than I expected. The only thing I would want on the chair is a light on the monitor lol!! It’s the best purchase I’ve made this year. I’ll keep you updated if I have any future issues. Buy the chair!! No more paying to get massages regularly & paying for extra time for a massage chair. I have my own chair!!

Came in 2 large boxes. It was very easy to put together, looks very nice and overall works good. the foot rollers are not a strong massage and the back rollers are not adjustable for height so if you’re taller you won’t feel any rollers on your neck. Im 5’9 and the top rollers barely reach my neck. It doesn’t replace a great total body massage but it’s nice to have when in pain. Overall for the price we are happy with it.
