hi i was wondering if you guys can replace two of those rotate things from the back of the chair cause they broke and i haven't in a while cause the metal hurts ! i try to get a hold of you guys but i cant for some reason i dont get the options ! please help ? im wiling to send pic if you ask me

For the price you can't expect the BEST but I'm in love no complaints. Cheaper quality but massage, air pressure, heat. 10/10 wish there was more massage options but hey again this is super cheap for a massage chair so I'll take it!

I bought this in March of last year. It's about 2 to 3 weeks that would make this one year old. And it's already dead. Definitely not worth it considering. Also I don't know about anybody else but it seems to pinch my back.

Got this for my husband who is always complain about needing a massage and he loves it! It ships as 3 different boxes and on the delivery we only got two but the third came in the next day. My hubby and I put it together with no problems! The entire family is eager to try it out!
