Fantastic Massage Chair for Tall People! I couldn’t be happier with the Real Relax Favor-06 massage chair. It is incredibly relaxing and offers a wide variety of massage modes, so there is always a setting that feels just right. At 6’1”, I was concerned about finding a chair that would fit me comfortably, but this chair accommodates taller people very well—something many other chairs seem to struggle with. The foot massage is excellent, and the track roller massage provides great coverage and really helps loosen up my back. After just a short time of using it, my back already feels noticeably better. I also love the extra features. The Bluetooth connectivity works flawlessly, and the roller controller makes it easy to scroll through social media or watch YouTube while enjoying a massage. The chair itself looks very stylish, and the side lighting adds a nice modern touch. This has quickly become one of my favorite purchases. I don't write many reviews but I found it necessary to write one about this very good massage chair. I have been looking for a massage chair for over a year and researching various brands. I went to my local massage share store here in Las Vegas and test drove many models. I found one that I really liked under the Osaki brand, model, Maestro LE however it was far too expensive and I did not want to pay over $6,000 for a massage chair even with it being on sale. I did more research and came across this brand and model. after looking at over 50 videos on it and hundreds of reviews from buyers here on Amazon I decided to give it a try. To my surprise the chair is very comparable to the Osaki brand and I only paid about $1,400 for it. I really like the movement of the rollers and the zero gravity. The chair has good pressure on the airbags and does not crush you like some other brands I've tried. I also like the app that comes with the chair where you can control it from your phone which in my opinion is a lot better than the console controller that sits on the arm rest of the chair. I like that the chair is somewhat slim and fits in the corner of my room very nicely. Some draw backs about the chair is it doesn't really massage your ankles The airbags inflate near them but doesn't really give a good massage or apply pressure there which is a place that I have arthritis. Also the instruction manual is a bit vague when it comes to controlling the chairs various settings. basically I just had to try each setting and kind of figure out what it did from there and which was best for me. Other than those issues they were not deal breakers I really do like this chair and I'm so glad I purchased and family also loves it as well. The chair is a really great value for the money, it gives a really good massage. In my opinion this chair will not replace the hands of a human when getting massage but it's almost the next best thing. So If you're in the market for a reasonably priced massage chair that gives a great massage and has nice features don't hesitate to get this one. ... show more

We absolutely love this chair. I did a lot of research and real relax is a long established brand with a ton of reviews and a good reputation for quality. The chair was mostly pre assembled upon arrival, and it was easy putting the final pieces together. We really like the 3D roller system, the controls are easy to use and the chair itself is beautiful, lightweight and fits nicely in our living room. Received this chair on January 20, 2024. The massage chair came fully assembled. The chair came with the normal informational paperwork in a ziplock bag, as well as with some screws, nuts and a pair of White-plastic elbows that I have no clue what to do with. (I’ll talk more about them later). As far as the massage features: I LOVE the foot massage! The full body massage is too rough. Although after adjusting the massage strength, it greatly improved. And “full body” includes the genital area and buttock. Men, watch out for your testicles. The chair is “just okay” related to comfort. For a $1700 massage chair, this chair should be comfortable with or without the massage feature being used. IT IS NOT! Just sitting in it you feel the metal rods along your hips/thighs and your butt literally sinks into the seat, no butt support at all. And when is use, although you still feel the metal rods, your distracted by the massage going on in the genital area. (Men, this is where you really want to be careful about the massage strength). I contacted Amazon customer service, who put me in contact with the manufacturer Real Relax. Very bad customer service. They communicate only by email, which just happens to be between midnight and 3am. They’d request pictures, I sent them pictures. Next they requested that I remove the motherboard and asked me for more pictures and a video, which I did. Each time I asked them about the plastic elbows and screws and nuts: where do they go? I would never get an answer related to that. In another email they wanted me to take the back off the chair and send more pictures. After emailing back and forth for nearly a week that last request to remove the back of the chair was the last straw! I called Amazon back and updated them on the back and forth with the manufacturer. Amazon apologized and started the return process. And by the way, I finally got the answer about the screws and plastic elbow from the manufacturer: “We don't know what screws you’re talking about”. Mind you, I sent them pictures of them, as well as asked where did they go in every email I sent them. They also informed me in one of the last emails, that the seat of the chair didn’t supposed to have support. WHAT, your butt is supposed to sink…now that was the craziest thing that I have heard. So, even though I did my research on this chair, watched a lot of reviews, I believe this chair was either defective or wasn’t proper put together. There is no way you should pay $1700 and not be comfortable. Your butt should not be sinking into it and your outer hips and legs sitting on something hard, like metal rods. And Real Relax is not relaxing at all! One other thing worth mentioning is I never really figured out how to actually find a massage program I truly enjoyed. They ALL FELT THE SAME!! With the exception of the feet, I truly enjoyed the feet massage, BUT NOT FOR $1700! Keep looking for another massage chair, Real Relax Customer Service is not worth dealing with!! ... show more

Awesome chair. I've had this chair for months now and I although I originally enjoyed it, I expected some of the novelty to wear off, but I still use it almost every day and consider it to be one of the best purchases that I've ever made. I compared at least 20 different models before purchasing and was overwhelmed with the options, there were many more expensive ones to chose from and some with more options, but I finally chose one and made the purchase on Amazon because of the ability to try it with a 30-day guarantee. I wish there was more massage action on the calves, but air pillows are great, and the 6 massage pre-settings are awesome, as are the tilt, time and heat settings. It provides so much comfort and pain relief and has probably saved me more than the cost of the chair in what I would have spent in massage, chiropractic and acupuncture sessions following a stress injury to my lower back over the period of several months. And it provides an amazing feeling of care and comfort in addition to the pain relief aspect, especially on days where I am sore from working out, or just experiencing general body aches and pains, or need a very nice relaxing massage to help sleep. It has a great neck massage, and seems to have specific settings to address each area of the back with perfect pressure. And the sleep setting will leave the chair tilted in zero-G mode after the timer runs out, for a great nap. The reassurance of knowing that I have this chair available and on demand has really exceeded the purchase cost. I wish I had invested in one of these 20 years ago.
