I have been searching for a good quality massage chair with the right functions and good service all in one. This chair has all the amenities that I need without going way overboard and making it too complicated to use but still very customizable to my likings. I am 6ft and 220lbs with broad shoulders and like my massages deep tissue. This chair having the full SL track allows for a full body massage and goes deep with the 5 adjustable levels for strength on the massage. My wife and two daughters are both just over 5 foot and petite and they like it lighter and this chair fits them as well. The head pillow can be removed for a deeper neck massage or moved down lower for more padding for the smaller person as more padding. The chair has a very nice look in any room of the house and the large touchscreen makes it easy to operate as well as the shortcut controls and phone app. This is very reasonably priced and I suffer from lower back pain and sciatica and using this daily has helped tremendously. Great fit, easy to use, and good customer support line as they are very attentive. I only had to contact them to activate my warranty, but they literally answered within the same hour and I asked multiple questions back and forth and they were quick to respond. Chair is very quiet and is even comfortable to sit in without being used for a massage as it has good support. The only idea I have to make it better for me is to have the back panel have lighted as I like to dim the lights when having a massage, but that is an easy fix. Best investment I have made in a long time and I have been researching these for over a year.

Wow, I just spent five hours in this chair going through each of the 12 different modes and I am very impressed with it. I am 6’1 245 pounds and the chair fit me pretty well. There are six automatic modes and six manual modes which offer various types of massage between a roller percussion and shiatsu. In the manual modes, you’re able to stop the massager in one place, which was perfect for a few spots on my back and hip. I am very happy with the chair and if something happened to it, I would buy another one pretty quickly. The only things I would improve on it would be to make the massager go further down under your thighs, the chair does a very good job of massaging your butt and hip, but I wouldn’t mind it going further towards my knees. The other thing is, I wouldn’t mind if the airbags on my arms and calf squeezed a little bit harder, they clamp down pretty tight and I think most people would be satisfied with them, but personally, I would like them to be a little tighter if I could pick.
