I have used this chair daily since it arrived. It massages perfectly and after 2 sessions each day it relaxes me and I end up taking a nap afterwards. It is the best purchase I made last year. I only gave it four stars because the instructions aren't good and it's been trial and error how to adjust the massage functions to give the best massage. I'm 6'1" and 220 lbs. I fit well but it you're someone larger than 250 lbs or taller I would get a different model from Medical Breakthrough. Great value for the price.

Pros: Spinal measurement very accurate, helping to give a well-placed massage (at only 5’ it’s great to have the massage go from my tailbone to my neck...not up to the back of my head!) Sturdy, comfortable, high quality materials used. Lots of great features like Zero gravity, heated back, 4 preprogrammed settings, easy access pocket for the remote, deep tissue massage if preferred, which I do, but adding the included cushions, would give a lighter touch if desired. More compact than I anticipated so it fits nicely in the corner of my bedroom. So relaxing & helpful in relieving tired, achy muscles & sore feet...even reduces my arthritis pain! Runs great, even using it 2-3 times a day. Cons: My husband has broad shoulders (Size XXL shirts) & his back is too wide to comfortably fit in it.

We were on a budget, but we really needed a massage chair. We have been getting massages regularly. My family has felt so much better after each massage session. If you're tired, or just don't feel good that day, do yourself a favor and get a massage. You will feel much better. We didn't want to be thorough so we took our time reading all about the features, research and reviews before buying a chair. Many companies have 80 percent 5 star reviews and 20 percent bad reviews. Medical Breakthrough seems to have nearly 99% 5 star reviews everywhere we looked. After weeks of research we ended up moving forward with Medical Breakthrough Massage Chairs (Breakthrough 4) because we were on a budget. After we got the chair, we used it daily and we felt so much better every time we use it. The auto settings are easy to use - and when we want to focus on a particular area, we can set the chair to focus on it. The stretching function is probably our favorite feature. It feels terrific to get a full body stretch. This chair is so good, we wonder how great the other medical breakthrough models are. Our thought now is to get a chair for our parent's anniversary gift. If you're looking for a solid chair from a seller who prides themselves with impeccable service, this is the company to work with.

Could not ask for a finer message chair for the money. The chair is built with quality materials and is sturdy, the function hand control is easy to use and has an array of features. When the chair is running the motors are very quiet and perform perfectly. The chair itself fits my body like glove and is very comfortable from the minute I sit in it, with a variety of additional cushioning if needed. The massage itself is very soothing, being able to set the intensity of the compression bags on my legs and arms makes it even more enjoyable experience. I know there are many more brands lower&higher priced chairs available in the market but, after purchasing and using this model I could not have made a better choice and am completely satisfied with my purchase from day one.

Me & my Hubby love this chair. It’s been a month since we bought it. I got this as a Father’s Day gift for him. He is usually picky with things but this chair he loved it. It’s on the expensive side but worth the money. I use it every morning as soon as I am out of bed. It helps with my morning stiffness. Hubby use it after work. He likes zero gravity n he always falls asleep in the chair it’s that comfortable. It has all the features & all seems to working very well. Thanks Medical breakthrough. Expect little delays in the delivery due to covid times.

Nobody is the same shape or size, keep this in mind. At 5' 11" and 220lbs I find the chair does amazing work on me especially in the winter as the chair puts out fantastic heat during a massage. Later versions likely have a better arm trough for arms to rest "in", think very shallow depression as being ideal, as in this version, the arms rest on a flat area. I hold my arms against the sides for the compression to work properly, and with the arms pressed against the edge . . . all is well great value for the price. I'm looking to upgrade soon. Solid chair and very easy to setup.
