Lots of great features like Zero gravity, heated back, 4 preprogrammed settings, easy access pocket for the remote, deep tissue massage if preferred, which I do, but adding the included cushions, would give a lighter touch if desired. More compact than I anticipated so it fits nicely in the corner of my bedroom. So relaxing & helpful in relieving tired, achy muscles & sore feet...even reduces my arthritis pain! Runs great, even using it 2-3 times a day. Cons: My husband has broad shoulders (Size XXL shirts) & his back is too wide to comfortably fit in it.

I have used this chair daily since it arrived. It massages perfectly and after 2 sessions each day it relaxes me and I end up taking a nap afterwards. It is the best purchase I made last year. I only gave it four stars because the instructions aren't good and it's been trial and error how to adjust the massage functions to give the best massage. I'm 6'1" and 220 lbs. I fit well but it you're someone larger than 250 lbs or taller I would get a different model from Medical Breakthrough. Great value for the price.

I read many reviews for multiple massage chairs and decided on the Medical Break through 4. Me and a friend were able to carry it into the house and easily assemble it following provided instructions. I began using it as soon as it was assembled and was amazed and completely satisfied with the first automatic thorough massage the chair provided when I pushed the start button. I love the many automatic and manual settings which avoids a sense of monotony which was my experience at routine visits to a chiropractor. I've suffered from severe back pain for more than 30 years and this chair is providing welcomed relief from pain. I highly recommend this chair. The relief it provides me is priceless. I am also impressed with the sturdiness of construction and the reliability of operation. I've been using it 3 to 4 times a day now for about 2 months.

Could not ask for a finer message chair for the money. The chair is built with quality materials and is sturdy, the function hand control is easy to use and has an array of features. When the chair is running the motors are very quiet and perform perfectly. The chair itself fits my body like glove and is very comfortable from the minute I sit in it, with a variety of additional cushioning if needed. The massage itself is very soothing, being able to set the intensity of the compression bags on my legs and arms makes it even more enjoyable experience. I know there are many more brands lower&higher priced chairs available in the market but, after purchasing and using this model I could not have made a better choice and am completely satisfied with my purchase from day one.

We purchased this massage chair for our ski cabin, it’s a total life changer! Amazing features and the massage really works into your muscles. Zero gravity plus heat feels amazing after a day on the slopes! It arrived well packaged, delivery time was prompt, easy to track and communicated with a live person (during snow blizzard, we got our package on time), and very easy to set up! When we have guests (professional skiers/snowboarders), everyone is extremely amazed with the massage. We got a lot of compliments! If you want to look for a high quality massage chair that really performs and helps relax your muscles, this massage is all you need! Highly recommended!

Me & my Hubby love this chair. It’s been a month since we bought it. I got this as a Father’s Day gift for him. He is usually picky with things but this chair he loved it. It’s on the expensive side but worth the money. I use it every morning as soon as I am out of bed. It helps with my morning stiffness. Hubby use it after work. He likes zero gravity n he always falls asleep in the chair it’s that comfortable. It has all the features & all seems to working very well. Thanks Medical breakthrough. Expect little delays in the delivery due to covid times.

Color of purchased chair: Espresso Rating Description: After reading many reviews and looking into several massage chairs at the same price range, I finally concluded to the Medical Breakthrough 4. The only worries I had about purchasing the massage chair was if it would live up to my expectations; it absolutely exceeded them. It is embarrassing to say, but this chair puts me to sleep during the massage and I always wake up feeling weightless and brand new. The company behind the Medical Breakthrough 4 is also all about customer satisfaction and assured that I was happy with my purchase and were incredibly helping.
