I purchased the Mars Pro in Nov. 2024. I have significant spine issues and it has helped tremendously. The ability for a great deal of adjustment, given your physical needs , is most important to me along with others who have enjoyed it. When originally purchased I did struggle with the manual and called the support team. They actually FaceTimed me and walked me through it. Not long ago I thought I was having trouble with the unit turning on. They called me, again FaceTime, and ultimately found out the wall socket I was using was malfunctioning. Great product. It has saved me quite a bit of money, given my lack of need for a masseuse and physical therapy of late.

Just arrived; nevertheless, loving it so far! Installation was easy! Although not particularly advisable, I was able to carry it inside and install it all myself (trying to get this up stairs by yourself is brutal). The massage administered is too relaxing, especially with an audiobook playing— the built in speakers are clutch! Such a nice experience! (Don’t expect to be blasting any bass though) Overall, I’m quite satisfied with my purchase. Everyone else that’s been over and tried it seems to have enjoyed it as well. So there we go! Although this can’t replace getting a personal massage (I don’t think any automation could at this point currently), this is a nice way to unwind and devote a little time to yourself.

This chair arrived quickly and was well packed. The assembly process was easy and quick. The chair looks and feels high quality. I am 5’10 and weigh 170 lbs. I found this chair to be very comfortable and believe it can easily accommodate an individual who is taller and heavier. In addition, the chair operates quietly and does not disturb me when I am using it while concurrently listening to TV. When the lights are off in the room, it’s a little hard to see the screen controls to operate the chair. As a result, I attached a little flashlight to the chair. See the attached picture for details. The chair can also be operated using verbal commands, which I found to be effective and useful. The customer service is fantastic and easy to reach. This chair has many great attributes to enjoy and I plan to use it for many years to come.

After 6 months , the chair has held up mechanically . I used it probably twice a day for the first four months ,and am very pleased with all the functions and selections . The 8th mode being my favorite . It pretty much covers all the basics. The 4 star is because it could use more air bags and the ones it has could be stronger, more air pressure . The zero level is not as advertised . It is more of a 3/4 level , not like the pics on the site show. The voice command is non existent, and kept telling me "I am here". At which point I disabled it. Bluetooth works great and I dont crank up the speakers , so they work great . At the end of the day , I would buy it again . I priced and tried $5/7000 chairs , which I didnt want to spend that much. I got this one on sale under $2500, and has proven to be a good choice. seems very solid and is very heavy

The relax Massage chair zero gravity SL tracks shiatsu Is by far the best massage chair or should I say massage that I have ever received. Had always wanted to get a massage chair but for whatever reason never did and occasionally would put the dollar bills in the mall massage chairs of which all would agree not a good massage whatsoever, however from time to time would visit the stores that have the high end massage chairs but the cost was always quite high so when I finally decided to get a massage chair did some research and located the relax model and I'm so thankful that I did. Because not only has this been by far the best massage that I have received the cost is absolutely amazing when you consider all of the bells and whistles that come with this model, everyone that has been over of course wants to try the massage chair not only because of my rave reviews but who doesn't like a nice massage and without exception there hasn't been one person that has been disappointed in fact I have to Let them know that I have somewhere to be to be a meeting or have to pick somebody up or they wouldn't get out of the chair so in closing I can say again without a doubt great value great massage great look and if that wasn't enough david one of the representatives I had contacted him not only was he prompt but was able to give the advice on the hands free speaking to be able to navigate the massage chair and that's another bonus because one of my most dearest friends ALICE. We bought the RELX 2025 Massage Chair back in December 2023, because clearly our bodies were crying for help—and nothing says “self-care” like hauling a 200-pound robotic recliner from the driveway to the living room like it’s a team-building exercise. If you ever want to know who your real friends are, ask them to help move this chair. Fast forward to May 2025: the chair's control stopped working. We tried everything short of performing CPR on it. Looked for after-market remotes like treasure hunters... nothing. Out of sheer desperation, I contacted RELX support, fully expecting to be ghosted or sent a robotic “have you tried turning it off and on” email. Instead, I got a call. From a real person. On a FaceTime call. I half expected them to say “Turn around, I’m behind you with a new remote.” They diagnosed the problem, confirmed my address, and shipped me a new controller—like it was no big deal. But to me, it was a BIG deal. The chair is amazing—zero gravity, full-body SL-track shiatsu wizardry. But the customer support? That’s the real luxury feature. RELX, you didn’t just realign my spine—you restored my faith in tech support. Bravo, RELX. You’ve earned a spot in both my living room and my heart.
