Can be assembled by one person, might be helpful with an extra set of hands but can definitely be done alone. Nice quality, fairly impressed with how nice this is after assembled. Great addition to my other items.

Solid, leg curl and extension on one machine. Instructions pretty good except for one place. When assembling the “leg builder”. Number 4, there is no mention of NOT tightening the bolts so I did. The next install is the curved brace. Well for mine there was no way the 4 bolt holes for the brace were going to line up. No way, unless you loosen the bolts for piece #4. That gives enough play for #4 to fit. I have used it a couple times and happy with it. I have now used it around 15 times. The stitching on the back rest pad is coming apart. Also this machine is not for tall people. Not enough room to properly get the movement.

The machines tubing in welding seem to be really good. The pads are more than usable and dense enough that they don’t hurt unfortunately, mine arrived with a problem, but I can’t believe the links that the company went to to try to make it right.
