12.9 iPad Pro 512gb with cellular I have attached pictures showing the device and the minor damage found. I was a little nervous purchasing renewed but I am very pleased with the device. There was minor damage to one of the corners where the previous owner had dropped it, but the screen was in excellent condition with no discoloration or scratches that I could find. I fully inspected the outside of the device and only found the minor damage to the corner, everywhere else was in perfect condition. After turning the device on, I ran it through its paces to make sure everything was good. I didn’t find anything wrong with the device and it was up to date on software. My only complaint is the off brand charger that they ship with it. Luckily I had read the other reviews and purchased a good quality charger and cable at the same time. The charger they shipped with it will take all night and morning just to charge the device. I kept it just for an emergency, but you can honestly throw it away. Brand new, this device goes for $1,500. Renewed, I was able to save almost $600. As long as you don’t expect perfect condition, you will not be disappointed. A simple case for protection and it completely covers the little bit of damage that MIGHT come on yours. ... show more

    • Beyond my expectations
I was very skeptical about buying a “renewed” iPad. Its a lot of money to spend. Not an Apple refurbished product. I trusted the positive reviews and Amazon‘s guarantee. As other reviewers noted it arrived in plain packaging. It came with a third party charger. It arrived in good order well packed and wrapped in plastic as if a new iPad. The charger works fine. No issues here. I would not have thought this was a renewed product. Not a scratch, dent or sign of wear anywhere. I have been throughly testing. I added an Apple Pencil. I activated the cell modem. I worked out the speakers. The screen is perfect. It takes beautiful pictures. This is beyond my expectations. I did buy the two year warranty from Asurion. A lot less than Apple Care. Provides me some sense of security for a couple years. I’m glad I gave this a try. i got a lot more iPad for my money and I’m very satisfied. This was a great deal. ... show more

A very useful addition to my older first and second generation iPad Pro. Although I had to buy new charging equipment, the ease with which I acclimated to the newer iPad Pro made it a great value for the amount I paid. The only thing I had to learn was — there is a different way to shut off the iPad . Follow up—— After 4 months my battery refused to recharge. For $115 sent off to Apple support. Found out there was corrosion damage and a repair ($649 additional) was required. My first time having a bad experience with any of my refurbished purchases. ... show more

    • USB Port Dead
IPad arrived on time and with absolutely minimal packaging - a good thing I guess. Unpacked unit and everything looked very good except a small chip up by the front camera - very small and acceptable to me for a refurb unit and pricing. Packaged with non oem charger and cable but it was full power USB-C. My family has lots of ipads and iphones so very familiar with process of setting up a new unit. Was transferring from a 2018 11.O" ipad pro. Startup and setup went flawlessly up til the plug in time to PC. USB-C was dead and not communicating. It also was not charging on one side - indicates maybe one side of connector was bad? Anyway, tried everything - cleaning connectors (they were clean), changing cables (worked with other ipad pro) and finally a full erase, clear and reinstall. No Joy. I kind expect that there could be some duds with refurb units but think that a full testing of the USB-C connector would be a part of the verification. Maybe they just plugged it in to one side and it charged. Lots of good reports but did not work for me. YMMV. ... show more

I was hesitant to buy this iPad as a refurbished unit. But the savings was almost 800 bucks so I finally pulled the trigger! I’m so happy I did. I inspected the unit from top to bottom all over trying to find a dent or scuff or scrape. It looks brand new, I could tell the difference. It’s working flawlessly. I’ve had iPad pros in the past and I’m extremely happy with this company. The shipping was fast and the handling of the package was really good as they packaged it very well!!     • Pleasantly surprised looks like brand new.
This was the first time purchasing an Apple refurbished/repackaged device and I have to say I feel very happy with the purchase. The device looks brand new doesn’t even look like it’s been used. As other people have commented the only thing that was different was the box was not labeled from Apple and it came with a different brand of charger, I’ll be it very sufficient and not poor quality. I would highly recommend again. I also bought the insurance which was very expensive when you consider what Apple Care costs so I have not had to file a claim but that’s a very affordable option too. ... show more

When I received the package, the device was thrown in a box with no padding or protection. the box was too big, and the junk out of date charger was rattling inside the box. When I pulled the device out, it was scratched and dented all over. I am not happy. I turned on the device thinking, okay, it's fine.
