I would do zero stars if I could. I've only had this tablet for 6 months. It has stopped letting me go from app to app without having to restart. The icons on the bottom of the screen that allow you to leave an app don't show up. The settings icon no longer works so I can't go to settings to see what's wrong. It will no longer download anything and there is plenty of room. All it does is spin and say pending. I have two apps that are stating they need an update to continue to play and it will not update anything either. The seller, Cooper's, was rude and even though there is a one year warranty on these tablets, they told me to return it to them at my expense. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!!!!!

Shipping time was good. Nice big screen compared to my old 8" screen. Was there a Thank you note for buying Cooper tablet brand and instruction booklet? NOPE! Just a note how to reboot your tablet, plus charge cord. After battery fully charged, checked to see how much power it uses. It uses A LOT really fast! While ordering on line, it went from 76% to 36% in about two hours. The website I was ordering from more likely did use a lot more data than just surfing. However while watching videos the power usage wasn't much better. Price was good and it works. I ALWAYS get the extended warranty just in case! I've never had anything go wrong when I bought the extended warranty. However when I didn't get the extended warranty, things broke days after mfg. warranty expired. Would I buy another, based on price, and under $50, yes!

I waited a few weeks before writing this review to ensure that the tablets would stand up to the use of young children. Our church youth, Department purchased nine of these table tablets for the children at our church for Easter and as of last Sunday, 17 August, they are still going strong, no issues with the Tablets they are very durable. The youngest was given to a three year old and she is truly enjoying it in our children’s church.

I had one of these tablets for 3 years and really liked it so when it wore out I bought this one thinking it was the same. I already had the detachable key board and the nice cover and cords so it seemed like the sensible purchase. However this is not at all like my original and has many annoying changes that are making it unpleasant to use. I will have to buy a different one as daily use on this is too nerve wracking. #1) tablet does not turn horizontal when the cover is set up for horizontal use. If I enter through Google the tablet stays vertical so I can't use the cover. #2) When I enter through Chrome is is horizontal but after you go to 1 site you no longer get to the search page. A page with tabs comes on but clicking on the tabs doesn't open to the search page no matter what. That means I have to go back to Google search page which is only verticle. #3 My previous tablet took great photos and I used that constantly, this tablet the photos are blurry and too light. Not sharp clear printable pictures. After trying several times I had to go retake pictures with my phone. #3) This tablet is very slow, my original Cooper table was super quick even with a hot spot. Where I live now I have the best super fast fiberoptic internet and there is always a delay of 7-10 seconds changing sites. #4) this tablet has the worst keyboard and space bar has to be hit harder than the other keys, I keep having to go back to add spaces because the words are all running together. #5) jumping- in the middle of doing things it suddenly jumps back to the opening page leaving my project out in cyber space, and I have to go back to my Chrome book to start all over because I can't retrieve my work in tabs like I should be able to. All in all not worth it. Get a different brand even kids will be frustrated with this inferior tablet.

This is a really good tablet although I couldn't get it to work it'll with video talking like I couldn't use zoom or messenger but overall pretty good the screen was large as well if had good color quality and it sounds perfect

I had gotten this tablet 4 my youngest daughters' birthday present. We literally just received it & I went ahead & allowed her to open it, even tho her birthday isn't for a couple of weeks, because I know how bad she's been wanting one. As soon as she opened it, you could tell that it wasn't brand new. The screen protector sticker that you normally find on new electronics was wrinkled up under the table and not even on the screen. I might've been able to look past that but it was the apparent fingerprints & what looks like food particles already on the screen that's got me heated. Nothing in the description said anything about it being "pre used" or "refurbished". I understand that it is a cheap tablet but I didn't pay for "pre used" or "refurbished". I just hope it actually works and my daughters' not going to be upset.
