This worked great for first 3 weeks, then the water stopped coming out, w just a gurgling noise when button pushed. I emailed the seller, who called first thing the next morning. He was super helpful, walking me through warranty process. After I submitted it, I received a label to return for free replacement. Oddly, before we had time to remove and ship back, it started working again. We are hopeful it was a temp fluke, and are continuing to enjoy it, confident we can get a replacement if it turns out we need to during warranty period. Great Co to work with! ... show more

Received the item with a small defect though it doesn't really affect the bidet's functionality. Seems like a bad QC process. Apart from that it's a simple installation and works as expected (but let's see for how long). While the instructions doesn't ask for it make sure to use pipe tape for all joints to avoid leaks. ... show more

I installed this when I remodeled my bathroom. I love it! It was easy to install. It has features that are usually found on models twice as expensive. I worked great. However after less than a year the water stopped. Buttons work, nozzle moves, seat is warm, but no water. Despite the lies in the description ("Responsive Customer Service") their customer service is non-existent. The e-mail address in the manual is broken and all messages bounce. They don't answer their phone and don't return messages. They claim a 2 year warranty, but that is meaningless if you cannot contact them to honor it. Maybe I just got a lemon. Giving it 3 stars because I liked it a lot. If only they had some minimal amount of customer service to back it up I would have given it at least 4. If they had resolved the issue in a reasonable time I would have given 5, after all failures happen. Update: Upped to 4 stars because I finally did get warranty replacement. They don't answer the phone or listen to messages, but apparently call back numbers that come in. If your number is blocked you're SOL. When you get the return phone call you get the correct website (www.theinushome.com) where you can submit a claim. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My remodeler installed this bidet and everything was working as advertised. However, after three days I noticed my toilet was leaking. Looking closely at the water lines, the leak was coming from the bidet line. The fitting is made of plastic but the nut is metal. It looks like the plastic neck cracked. Amazon replaced it quickly and I had it installed. I’m very happy again with no leaks. I like the easy to control buttons and no remote to fiddle with or batteries for it. I’m thinking of getting another one for our other toilet. I give it 4 stars because of the leak and the inconvenience of another install. I trust the product but think better QC or design could’ve avoided this issue. Use an all metal fitting. ... show more

I like this product but, air is not strong enough to drying. And sheet’s got stock my butt like glue so, I got a lot of scared.

This toilet is hands-down the dirtiest thing I've ever had to clean it has tiny crevices everywhere that are not properly sealed and it's toiletry is not very sturdy so if you're very heavy at all it slides with you it would not be safe for a heavy elderly person it's not safe for someone with a disability and it's just really not that safe. That being said for the average day person who is at a very healthy athletic size. If you have children who are mature and old enough to handle it and or don't have children toilet would maybe be a good choice it's very affordable I did love it at the beginning but me and my son have both become rather irritated with the buttons not working. You have to wait a very long time for it to start I guess because it's heating the water and that's not so irritating as just a question as to whether if it really is going to start. It doesn't make a sound and you cannot see the panel especially if you're overweight because the panel is so far back behind you have they made it a long cord that the operator could control in their hand like a remote he would be amazing but instead they installed it into the toilet and pretty much destroyed it. If they could fix the cracks and seal issues and install a remote instead of the panel into the toilet it would be a great toilet. Honestly it just doesn't need to be an all-in-one toilet. The EZ clean mechanisms are not easy clean at all. Hopefully my photos can summarize had a little bit late does clean itself however if you get fecal matter on the object it does not clean itself so you still have to hang clean it and it doesn't come with any special brushes to clean so you are left to find your own brushes or use wipes or paper towels and that becomes a problem as well. Honestly I couldn't afford a better one so I'm not going to complain that much but it's at best a three-star toilet. It is this way because of its price. If I would have had to pay the normal price for this toilet of 600 and up I would have been supremely upset. I would never encourage anyone to pay over $200 for this toilet and I think that the manufacturers in the sellers of this toilet should highly rethink some of the mechanisms on the toilet the panel is relatively good if it worse at least longer and the toilet needs to be a bit more accommodating that being said it fit my toilet. It just barely fit my toilet in my toilet fits about a standard toilet type for nowadays it would have probably fit a lot better my smaller toilet in my other bathroom. You can tell this was made in Asia where everything is smaller. It does State a customer service on the lid but I have not called it I do not know that they would compensate me for any of the problems with it it would be interesting to see if they do reply with something. I would be willing to amend if they were willing to make up or remanufactured and send me a better toilet. The way it is right now though the toilet has been less than satisfactory especially because it slides around in the back and I'm not sure why. Not too bad but enough that it's uncomfortable and the fact that it doesn't fit me very well because I have an extra large bottom. Like many American women I am a plus size and if you are plus size you're not going to get this toilet. My son puts it pretty well but it almost fits my son perfectly but he's 8 years old so that's kind of sad LOL ... show more

We all saw the whole uproar of toilet paper shortage and the stupid one package per person that was just idiocracy. It was then that I wanted a better solution. When I ordered the bidet it came perfectly packaged and simple installation instructions. Since having it, I will not go back to toilet paper. This bidet provides everything, from a warm seat, excellent water pressure, blow dryer, etc. I have saved so much money and resources.
