I got this bidet for my boyfriend’s birthday, and he loves it. He had it installed and fully set up in about 15 minutes—super quick and easy. Just a heads up if this matters to you: when the bidet turns on, it causes the bathroom lights to flicker a little bit. It hasn’t caused any issues, but it’s something to note if your wiring is sensitive. Other than that, it works great and has been a game-changer for him!

i owned two TOTO smart bidets, and this one, this is so far the best one i owned, it is smart, open the kid by itself, and the seat is always warm. i like the water pressure and the hot air. i do love this a lot, i do think it is a little expensive but i will still look it as a good investment

I got the bidet seat along with a remote, a mounting dock, a tank adapter, a flexible hose, two AAA batteries, two stainless steel mounting brackets, a base plate, a quick start guide, two bolt washers, two mounting bolts, two top-mounting rubber inserts, and a mounting template. I installed it on my elongated toilet bowl. Since I already had a T-valve from a previous bidet, I didn’t need to empty the tank. I placed a bucket under the hose while disconnecting the old bidet. The mounting template helped me position the brackets correctly. The installation took about 15 minutes. I plugged the bidet into a bathroom outlet using an extension cord. I put the batteries into the remote and mounted the dock where my toilet roll holder used to be. The remote has many functions but not hard to learn. The Stop button cancels any operation. Front Wash and Rear Wash are self-explanatory, with adjustable water pressure and nozzle position. The Dryer has three airflow levels. Oscillate moves the nozzle during washing. The Lid and Seat buttons open and close them, and holding either for five seconds toggles the automatic open/close function, confirmed by two beeps when turned off and one beep when turned on. I can set the Water Temperature to room temperature, 93°F, 99°F, or 102°F. The Dryer has similar temperature options. Clean Nozzle runs an automatic rinse, and holding it extends the nozzle for manual cleaning. Wash & Dry combines a 90-second wash with a 4-minute dry cycle. Night Light controls the interior light, and holding it adjusts the side light and display. There's a digital display towards the back of the seat that shows me whether the unit is on, the selected water temperature, the selected seat temperature, and the selected dryer temperature. On the right is a side panel with a power button that stops any function when pressed. I hold the button to turn the unit off and press it to turn the unit on. There's a Wash & Dry button; when I press this button, the unit starts a rear wash for 90 seconds followed by a 4-minute dryer cycle. I can activate Eco Mode by holding the Seat Temperature button, which stops heating when I’m not sitting on the seat. I find the bidet very hygienic as the nozzle retracts when not in use. I find myself using the remote only but I would use the side panel’s Wash & Dry button in case the batteries ran out in the remote. The bidet works as described and I had no issues. The functions are easy to understand, and the installation was simple. The bidet feels much better and I also think it’s much cleaner than using rough toilet paper that always leaves something behind.

Okay so I'm never ever going to be able to use a regular toilet seat again without feeling like a medieval peasant. This thing is quite possibly the single most delightful home improvement I've done in my house since I installed a water faucet next to my dog's feeding station: something you don't need, but which makes everything so much better. The most surprising part was how incredibly easy it was to install--kudos to the folks who put the installation guide together as it's super helpful and simple to follow. It took me under 30 minutes from start to finish, and the Aura came with all the parts necessary for installation. Initially I had put off installing it for a few days after I received my Aura, because I anticipated it would be complicated and feared I'd end up needing to call a plumber to come finish what I started--but that was not the case. It was SO easy thanks to this installation guide, and I was never confused as to what part goes where or what to do next in the process. One thing you need to make sure to have before you order this item is an electrical outlet (grounded plug) near your toilet, as it will not work as intended without electrical power. (However, if you need a longer cord than provided with this unit, the installation guide has links and QR codes you can scan to order a compatible extension cord.) The remote control works immediately, and it's pretty intuitive to use despite the multiple functions it performs (seat/air/water temperature, light, water spray pattern/intensity, etc.). Also comes with a holder to mount the remote on the wall for storage and easy access. I never in my life thought I'd end up on Amazon leaving such a passionate review about a bidet/toilet seat accessory (out of all things!) yet here I am. The Aura seat is like flying business class for the first time after having flown in coach class all your life, and you realize what you've been missing out on until then. If I could give this product 10 stars I would!
