The installation was easy, my sister did hers by herself, they have some great review videos and installation help. But I'm consistently happy with the performance and ease of use, customizations, cleanliness and comfort. Heated seats in the winter, steady stream of warm water (might be a split second of cool to start in colder days), and all manner of blow-dry adjustments. Love, love, love it and should have had one YEARS sooner!

We discussed for five years that we wanted to buy one of these bidets. My husband studied them and chose this particular one. We LOVE it! I lose blood through my GI tract (TMI, I know), but this makes me feel better. I don’t feel like I have the irritation and odor that I had before.

Easy to install and works well with the exception that the jet breaks up and is poorly directed at the two highest settings. Functions fine at the three lower settings so that is what we use.

We decided to install an outlet and upgrade from the cold water bidet we’ve been using the past year. Did a ton of research regarding features, etc. Overall we’re really happy with this one. I like the attached controls although the buttons are difficult to read at first, but one you get familiar with it you remember their orientation. Love the instant hot water and warm seat. I wish the oscillation setting would remember the last setting, but other than that no complaints. Come on USA - get with the bidet program like the rest of the modern world. Stop killing so many trees and walking around with dirty stinky butts. Very happy with my purchase
