Works great, build quality - 8/10, does have some roughness around the edges. I got the one with metal handles and am pretty happy about it. Install was pretty straightforward and I had no leaks/issues. Very easy to install, water pressure is just as expected, not too strong. Two things that are better about in a similar model of brondell are adjustability of the angle/motion range, and more sturdy mounting. Tushy spa is better about everything else. Overall great value.

We love our Tushy! Super easy to install, no electrical required and it works really well. It's amazing how quickly you get used to it, going anywhere else overnight feels positively medieval. We've had it for a little over a month and definitely less toilet paper has been used. Water pressure is excellent and no leaking at all. We got just the classic and the water doesn't feel to cold just refreshing. We plan to get one more for our second bathroom. Very affordable for a great product!

AMAZING! However my nozzle adjustment doesn’t work it seems. Otherwise I looooove my TUSHY bidet! They had great step by step assembly book and a hilarious poop booklet. Fits well on a standard toilet, takes less than an hour to put together by yourself. Water pressure isn’t too strong and so far there’s no leaks! Absolutely love the warm feature, keeping my bum from frigid water.

Read directions fully before install. It's easy but there are a few minor details that if overlooked can cause frustration. Needless to say when I did the second install it was flawless. Here are a few things that I overlooked and a few pointers. If you have plumbing done to code then you wont need to shut off main. I wanted to upgrade my valves to the 1/4 turn -GATOR byte valves. Once you flush toilet and sponge out the remaining water on the bottom, disconnect the cold feed into the tank, connect the original line and using provided black cap screw firmly on the existing opened port. Then turn on water to test for leaks. Now this is where I deviated from the instructions and I felt it was easier to get the how water feed to curl less due to manufacturing process of the plastic line. Route you hot water line to the supply side BUT DO NOT CONNECT just yet. Now on the Tushy device remove the (Gator/Shark Byte type) connect from the HOT water supply. On the quick connect, first remove the nylon circlip (circular clip) from the groove that it sits in. Be careful sometime they will flick off and you will have to look for it. In the event this happens, no worries the connect will still work without it. It is to prevent unlocking by accident, which is even hard to do intentionally. NOW THIS IS IMPORTANT- Using a PVC or Tube cutter (you can buy a cheap one for about $5) make sure the supply line is a perfectly straight cut. Now compress the bottom of the quick connector, and while it is compressed insert supply tubing into connector until it cannot go any further. The first install I did I did not do this procedure and the connector leaked. I removed tubing from the connector by compressing the bottom and twisted it out of there. Once that was done I connected the provided line to the toilet, turned on the cold water supply . and tested Tushy valve. I then connected Hot water supply and tested that as well- The rest is a matter of putting the seat back on.

I'm going to preface that our household already has another bidet installed, but we wanted one for the other bathroom as well. Functionally speaking, it's great. It does exactly what it needs to with a strong spray. Installation is easy, and there's even a helpful video you can watch along with to make sure you're doing exactly what you need to. Once you're up and running, you'll start to look forward to #2. Taco Bell days will no longer be a thing to be feared (as much). So why knock off two stars? While I do insist that every home needs a bidet on every toilet they have, at this price point you can probably do better. First and foremost, I don't dig the knobs. Lever activation is just easier and makes so much more sense. On the subject of these knobs though, they're knurled for an easier grip, but I feel like adding a physical dial on top of the knob would help so much. However, I do understand that it would clash with the overall aesthetics that Tushy is going for. You may be thinking, dear reader, "if you don't like knobs why did you buy this model?" And that's a valid question. I assumed it would be fine, but my dislike of knob activation turned out to be a new discovery. Next is the positioning of the control box. If you've got a bigger booty, you may find your cheeks bumping up against the controls while enthroned. If the box was positioned just a little bit outward and a touch forward I think I wouldn't mind it as much. I got used to it eventually, but it's still a small issue when it comes to which superbowl I need to drop the browns off into. Next, the spray. Relax, it's good. Mostly. The Tushy touts a dial to better and more accurately control the range of the spray. I figured hey that's great! this should help reduce how much I need to manually wiggle around! Nah. To be honest sometimes still gotta move a little bit. You do have a much, MUCH wider range of motion, but the dial is so small it's hard to really get minute adjustments to actually matter. In conclusion, if you need to clean the chocolate off the starfish this'll do the job with flying colors. It'll clean you up better than several handfuls of TP or even a specialized set of sea shells. For the price, and knowing that this is the kind of product you cannot return for safety reasons, I would recommend doing your due diligence with your research of different models and brands.
