First impression was a 3/5 stars. After wearing for a week my mind had been made up and the band was a 5/5 stars and has continued to stay at that level. I have now had the band for 15-16 days and I couldn’t be happier, especially at the price point. I paid $20, but I can now say I would of paid between $35-$40 and still felt that I had gotten a great deal. My biggest concern prior to receiving this in the mail was of the material. I used to wear and collect G-shock watches and anyone who has done that has most likely at one point inadvertently purchased a fake/fraudulent “authentic” G-shock watch. One of the easiest ways to spot the majority of fake G-shocks is by the material of the band. No matter how long you wear it the band retains a straight shape and will not hold the curl of the wrist. This SUPCASE band does obtain a worn curl from your wrist (take a look to the last picture I added”. I really like the feel (both to the touch and on my wrist) of the Apple Watch band that comes with the watch. Please note that the SUPCASE band does not feel the same way. When I first opened this band and saw that it feels different than the original I was worried. I almost thought to send it back without even trying it and I am so so so glad I didn’t. Other concerns initially: -The power button would not work well or at all, this couldn’t be further from the, it works impeccably. -I have a 44mm watch so I was worried that with this band it would be too big. I am 230 pounds and 6’ tall. I love a bulky watch and this band is large, but my arms and hands are slightly above average in size and this was not a problem at all. -I was worried that the loop would regularly slide off. This has happened once, maybe twice. I do check it several times a day out of habit from my G-shocks, but it hasn’t proven to be an issue for me. The once or twice it did slide down was not a problem. The watch manufacturer put time and consideration into this product when it was developed so even if it slides down the watch remains fastened. -A big concern I saw in several reviews was that this watch did not remain in contact of the users skin and therefore anything related to heart rate was not reliable or even effective at all. I have not had that experience. I use my heart rate for several things and it has worked superbly for me. -Perhaps my biggest concern (based on other user reviews) prior to receiving my SUPCASE Apple Watch Series 4 44mm band was that it made the pedometer completely useless. Several people said that the fit of the case into the band wasn’t perfect therefore the pedometer became less than useless. This has not been the case for me. Pedometer still works extremely well. This wouldn’t be a helpful review to anyone if I didn’t list my personal “negatives” for this band. Please know these are my issues or things I find to be less than ideal about this SUPCASE Apple Watch Series 4 44mm band. -This band and case is one piece. If you want the case you have to use the band and vice versa. -The outside edge of the case is raised substantially so it definitely helps with protection from bumps and drops, however the screen has no protection and SUPCASE does not include its own screen protector so I found it of extreme importance to purchase screen protectors. I preferred the ArmorSuit (6 Pack) MilitaryShield Screen Protector (I will do a review for that soon). -The material feels slightly underweight, but at this point I’m really going out of the way to find “complaints.” It works beautifully well. Final Thoughts: Spending $350 on a watch then $20 on a case and band just seemed weird. This is my first Apple Watch I kinda thought that in order to get something of quality I was going to have to spend $50, $60, $70. I was wrong. This band is amazing and realistically could not be better for the price. My wife gave me the watch as a Christmas gift and she bought it on Black Friday. Since I have the best wife on the planet and she knew how long I had been wanting one she gave it to me the day she bought it. So I had about a month with the original band. I loved the material, but I just felt extremely vulnerable to impending damage. I made the decision I had to get a case ASAP. I HAD NO IDEA what to order. Please heed my following advice...unless a waterproof case is 100% necessary I’d stay away from it. I looked at dozens of waterproof cases and the negatives far outweighed the benefit of being able to take my watch in the shower. Finally, if you’re on the fence about this product just order it and give it a try. The worst thing that happens is you don’t like it and you send it back at zero additional cost. The best thing that happens is you love it or learn to love it once it’s broken in and you’ve found an amazing case and strap for $20. Sounds like a win-win to me. This is the first review I’ve ever written, but this product definitely deserves a positive review. I originally purchased this for my series 5 44mm. I have worn this every day for 6 months and it does the job well. There are some small styling aspects that are not my favorite- a bit rectangular and angular, but the pictures are accurate tho so you get what you see. What works for me is the protective bumper including the bezel over the front and sides, which is what I bought it for. I bang into walls, doors , doorknobs etc and this case gives me comfort. There are no obnoxious brands or PROTECTION references in large letters in the face- there is some lettering / logo on the buckle and a barely visible supcase on the strap. When my series 7 45mm arrived last week I was able to swap it in and it still works great. No problems with the crown, button, charging, or sensors. I do see some reviews with crown or charging interference but mine seems fine. The thickness and bumper dimensions are similar to my gshock watches, but the apple watch is longer and more rectangular so this does make the package a bit larger. The bumper is about 3mm above/over the glass. Sometimes the excess strap end slides loose from the keeper, but Ive had that with other straps and the actual buckle clasp itself, with the 2 prongs, does not come loose. No way for the watch to come loose or fall out unless the strap / case physically breaks. Update: lasted 10 months of daily use, successfully protected the watch from multiple bumps and mishaps. Today I noticed the plastic has cracked near the crown. Possible the larger 45mm size contributed to that. That part is quite thin and I noticed other reviewers having the same issue. Not ideal but this is all about protecting the watch so I would be willing to order a second band. I ended up buying a different band to change the style. On that one the strap is also just a little longer to stay tucked in better.

My black bands “band holder” (lol, have no idea what it’s called but it’s the little movable thing that holds the band close so it doesn’t stick out after clasping it) finally broke after TWO YEARS! So, I replaced my black band with this clear one. The clear one feels a little stiffer than the black band but offers the same quality protection. This band brand is SUCH A GOOD DEAL! This band is well worth the money and it has protected my Apple Watch from my carelessness and there are still no scratches on the watch face. The watch fits snug in the case. It still looks good and protects. Can’t beat the price. Love the watch band. Going to order a different color now. Update: I returned the clear band and purchased the green band. Although there was nothing wrong with the clear band (except that it was a bit stiffer), the green band is as flexible as the black band I originally purchased. I’m experiencing the same quality as before. In fact, all the bands I purchased have been excellent in durability, protection, and looks. Like I said, I’ve order the so-called “tough” RhinoBands and these bands are less expensive and blew them away on durability with outstanding protection. I won’t order another brand again. Update: My black watch and finally broke. As mentioned above, the clasp broke and finally the band broke. Two years after original purchase. Amazing. I ordered another black band.

This watch band has a nice HIGH lip that offers extra protection of my Apple Watch. I bought 2 of them (the black one and the metallic-red one, and this review is for both, since Amazon combines the reviews). I had bought a different one previously, and while it offered a protective lip, it wasn't as high as this one. The adjustments for tightness on my wrist (the "holes") aren't the best for me. It's either too loose or too tight. When it's too loose, sometimes my Apple Watch doesn't register, so I have to keep it tighter. Also, with it being tighter, it makes it more difficult to put on and take off, since I really have to pull it to get the buckle to the point where I can get the pins in the holes (it is a double pin, connected together as one piece). The "power" button on the watch is a little harder to push due to the band. Someone else had submitted a picture of their metallic red band, which indicated the "red" scratched off. I have not had this problem, and the person must have REALLY gouged something into it to do that, as the "red" is not some cheap paint as far as I can tell. I have had no issues with the red finish coming off, or concern that it will. (SEE UPDATE). The band of these is a solid plastic piece, and doesn’t fold out, making it more difficult to charge your watch. Also, removing and inserting the watch into the band can be challenging. This is made in communist China for a US based company (who apparently can't find a company in the US to make this for them??). UPDATE: I have had some of the red color come off on the edges, that despite only wearing it in less potentially damaging situations. It isn't too bad though. UPDATE: I have purchased 2 more, one in the “army” green and also the metalic blue. The green one to me, looks kind of too plastic, but it’s hit or miss. The metallic blue one is the COOLEST color of blue ever, and I love it!

I don't review a ton of products, but this one is good, and I'm glad I got it, and wanted to comment on some of the negatives a few reviewers perceived: 1) interferes with scroll button? well, the case has a very thin layer where it surrounds the button, so the button sticks out a tiny bit less than it did, and you have to reach in a bit more to turn it. Mine, though, in no way prevents you touching, pushing or scrolling -- it took me a few minutes to get used to the new scroll - reach - feel. 2) doesn't protect screen? well, it totally does in terms of a nice raised lip all around, though it doesn't include a separate film screen protector. If you worry about chemicals, grease, dust, or pointy objects getting below the lip, a separate film protector would be a good idea. But if you want to turn a wrench or screwdriver in a narrow space next to a rough concrete wall, this will totally protect the screen 3) not shiny carbon appearance? this is fair, since the picture online looks shinier than the carbon texture that is just sort of embossed on the hard rubber of the case. Likewise, I don't suppose this is real carbon composite. Not a big deal but fair to mention 4) bulky? yes, the raised/padded rubbery armor adds a little to the size of the watch. It may not slide under a very tight sleeve cuff. But it's not massive, and given the function, it would be hard to protect the watch with less bulk Other than that, case is easy to apply, the strap is easy to fasten and remove on wrist, the case is light, looks good, and works extremely well at a decent price. Suppose for the win.

This Apple watch case looks good while protecting the outside edge of the phone. The watch bands are attached to the case so it is one solid piece that is secure and you never have issues with. This is a durable Apple watch case that I would highly recommend to anyone.

The band works very well at protecting your watch. The down side is that the band will break and split in a year. I have replaced it 3 times and every time I notice the band starting to split at the year mark. So as long as you don’t mind replacing it every year, it’s a good band. Has kept my watch face from a lot of scratches.
