I can't say enough good things about these bidet toilets. The heated seat is incredibly comfortable, the flushing performance is excellent, and the overall experience is a huge upgrade from a traditional toilet. They also look fantastic. The modern design fits beautifully in the bathroom, and the build quality is immediately noticeable. All of the components feel well-made and durable, giving me confidence that they are built to last for many years. One of the reasons I chose this model over others was the seat design. Some competing models had surprisingly small seat openings that didn't look comfortable or practical. This model got it right—the height is comfortable, and the seat opening is sized appropriately, making it feel much more natural and user-friendly. Installation was surprisingly easy, and on the few occasions I had questions, customer support was extremely responsive and helpful. I was so impressed with the first one that I ended up purchasing three for my home. I've also recommended them to friends during their bathroom renovations, and several of them replaced all of their toilets with this same model. Another feature I really appreciate is the efficient flushing system. I have had bidet’s installed on my toilets over 10 years now. One of them stopped working and I decided to invest in a smart toilet. My first concern was price and features. I took my time and finally made a decision after having done my research for over two months. Let me say, I picked the right one by selecting the smart toilet from Loupusuo Luxury. I received it in November and had it installed the same month, (delivery was relatively quick). I decided to wait until I had used it for two months prior to writing a review. This toilet is awesome, it does everything and then some! The cover opens automatically. The person that installed my smart toilet said it was very easy, it didn’t long at all. The features are great, the flush is very powerful which is a great feature to have, it really cleans the bowl! The features are awesome and work so well! The heated seat is wonderful and the self cleaning feature is a game changer! I love that you can control the temperature of any/all features that are heated; seat and water. I love this toilet so much that now very seldom use any other toilet in my house. I am considering replacing the other two toilets in my house with the same! I highly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a smart toilet to try purchasing one from Loupusuo Luxury! Update: 4/10/26: Once I registered for the once year warranty after having received the toilet in 11-2024, the vendor gave me an additional year of warranty. My toilet started to give me some issues with flushing, thus I contacted the vendor via email, (I believe they are in China). They responded and had me send a video of the toilet having issues flushing. The email stated that they would have an engineer review the video and find a solution. I received a reply the next day and the had determined that a part needs to be replaced. They sent me the part, and when I asked who would replace the part they replied that they would send a video and that I could do it myself. Of course I was concerned and felt I would not be able to to do. I received the part and after notifying them that I had the part they sent the video. Shocking the video seemed to make replacing the part seem really easy! I am please to say it was! They had stars that if I had any issues to email them and they would get me through replacing the part. I was able to do it without contacting them and the toilet is working just fine! I am so pleased that I purchased my smart toilet from this vendor! I judge vendors on how they treat customers if there is an issue not is there is an issue! This vendor is awesome when it comes to responding to any issues you may have! Get your smart toilet for this vendor! They get a 10 out of 10 for customer service! ... show more

First off i have never used this type of toilet before and never understood the concept but i had heard a lot of buzz about them and i was replacing a touch free flush toilet that the manufaturer was no longer making so i couldnt get parts . I figured id try this as an upgrade since it had all the bells and whistles its very well made and i love the smooth sides let me tell you this is a game changer i love it and will never go back to a standard toilet again it literally does everything for you down to pre rinsing the bowl to adding a foam layer to preven smells and a secent diffuer as well the hot water as opposed to cold it great as well as the heated dry feature .loved it so much i purchased a second 1 the next week and replace the new standard toilet i had bought only a few months prior. ... show more

This is my second smart toilet, the first one was twice as much and is in my wifes bathroom, I am very happy with that one and it is kind of the benchmark for me. This one is in my bathroom and has pretty much the same features as my wifes, but it works quite differently. While all the features are quite similar, water pressure, adjust-ability ( water pressure, nozzle position, seat temp etc.) and these features all work as intended, it does a job as a bidet and has worked flawlessly since installation (5months as of this review), it has some annoying traits, which I will get to shortly. Pros: nice clean modern look. Bowl pre-wets when you sit down. remote is very intuitive. water temp and pressure are as expected. seat temp. adjustable. bowl light. installation is easy as the top section pops off giving easy access to floor bolts from inside. flush is powerful. comes with wall mountable remote bracket. dryer air temp adjustable. nozzle position adjustable. water pressure adjustable. water temp adjustable. foot sensor to lift seat/lower seat (seat must be upright for at least 10 seconds or toilet will not flush automatically when returned to lowered position). overall seems to be well built and has been working just fine. Cons: Mostly just a few annoying characteristics .... bowl light is either on or off, no automatic night light feature that only comes on when its dark and is tied to an external light at there of the toilet that is on or off with the bowl light, no brightness setting no color setting, no eco mode that allows it to only come on when it's dark. the function knob has a light that is normally green but turns red when it's executing a function, ( flushing, lid open/close, etc.), this light can not be turned off. no way to set the sensitivity of the auto lid opener, just walking into the room sets it off. the foot switch is infrared not touch sensitive, so you have to put your foot near the sensor and wait a second, then the seat will lift (so gentlemen can do their business), then you place your foot near the sensor again and the seat will lower, removing and placing your foot again will lift the seat (not close the lid as most other brands do), so, once the seat is down, walk away (as long as the seat was raised for at least 10 seconds) the toilet will automatically flush and THEN the lid will close. Which brings me to another issue I have found on most bidets, I think the lid should close BEFORE the unit flushes, it would be quieter and more sanitary. The backup/battery for flushing when the power goes out didn't work, not sure if the battery somehow died while sitting idle for 3 months, but it failed when the power went out last week. The thing I dislike most about this toilet is the automatic flush function, more specifically, most toilets will allow you a few seconds to go from sitting to standing (should a "second wave" hit) and you return to a seated position, the toilet does not flush. With this toilet, once you lift off the seat, the unit will go to flush mode within seconds, even if you immediately sit back down. I find it pretty annoying, if nothing else its a waste of water. Now these things are a bit annoying, but not enough to make me want to send it back, and I should mention that I did contact the manufacturer, they responded quickly and were very helpful as well. and keeping in mind that this toilet had pretty much every feature that the one in my wifes bathroom had and for about half the price, It's still a really good value for the money. I’m very happy with this smart toilet. I’ve had it for about a year and it worked without any major issues. The features are great, it’s comfortable, and it has made the bathroom experience much more convenient. What really impressed me, though, is the customer service. I had a couple of minor issues, and they were extremely helpful. They sent me the replacement parts I needed within just two days, so I didn’t have to go through the hassle of returning the entire toilet and waiting for a replacement. Their 24/7 customer service has been exceptional—very responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. Having a company that stands behind its product like this makes a huge difference. TL;DR: Great toilet, but too unreliable, with no local support and questionable manufacturer support. If you have only one bathroom, do not buy this. ------------- This is a really cool toilet. I think we will enjoy it. That said, we’re getting off to a rough start. The instructions give no advice about what kind/size of fitting in the supply line is. Several comments and reviews and answers suggest that it’s not a US fitting, and that it only gets a single thread of engagement in a pipe fitting. This is not a tapered pipe thread. it feels like it almost fits a half inch pipe thread, but it’s not and don’t try and force it. It’s a half inch compression fitting. It needs a nut and a compression fitting ring on a half inch pipe, such as copper or PEX. If you already have a shut off valve by your toilet installed in the last few decades, this is probably what you already have and you can reuse the nut and compression fitting already on the pipe. Screw off your old valve and screw this new valve on. That said, it was a pretty poor fit for the compression nut on my pipe stub. I do suspect it’s a metric equivalent, cut as an SAE thread, but turned out slightly larger than spec. It would be fantastic if the manufacture upped their game in this regard and made it fit conventional US fittings more accurately. Once I got it installed, we used it for a day and are very impressed with it. It has a nice combination of features, and I can finally do my business without ever touching anything one of my goals in buying a smart, toilet. It looks quite nice. It’s also very compact for an elongated bowl toilet, since there is no tank. This is valuable in our small bathroom, as we have very little room between the tub and the toilet, which faces the tub. Replacing our old round bowl, we gained an extra inch or two of knee room. Even better the shape of the toilet allowed us to install it at a 45° angle, which makes for a far more spacious throne, with plenty of legroom to stretch out. One qualm is that it flushes a lot. If it even has the slightest excuse to flush it flushes, such as raising the seat, and then lowering the seat with no business in between I think once the novelty wears off and we stop playing with it so much, it won’t be that great of an issue. As for the user interface, it has a few other quirks that are a little annoying. For example, when you turn the drying fan on, it flushes immediately. I don’t particularly like the flushing happening while I’m still sitting down. I would rather it would wait until Eagle has left the nest. It also pre-wets the bowl as soon as you sit down. I guess we’ll get used to that as well, but it’s a little disconcerting. The flush is on the loud side, but I guess we’ll get used to that, too. It is nice that you don’t have to wait for a tank to refill between flushes. ————— But worst of all, it broke on day two. I hit the button on the remote to raise the lid, and the seat and lid lumbered to lift together. as soon as it I got most of the way up, the motor stopped, and the lid and Seat both flopped down together. The lids torque axle had broken on the seat lid. The seat motor was trying to lift both by itself. At first, I suspected one of my kids of climbing on it or otherwise breaking it, but the fracture is clearly from torque. Even if there was some obstacle in the way, it should be engineered so as to not destroy itself. E.g. a weaker motor, safety switch, current limiter or non-destructive fusible link. I really didn’t expect it to last 10 years, but day two is not acceptable. I’m hopeful, they’ll send me a new lid, as shipping the whole unit back to them is be likely impossible. The shipping crate is as big as a chair and weigh most of 100 pounds, and it was not possible (for me, at least) to extract the product from the box without cutting the box all the way, open. We’ll see how it goes. -------- UPDATE, 6 months later. Dropping this from 2 stars to 1 star, for two reasons: 1. The right side of the bowl no longer gets wet. I've adjusted the water pressure to its maximum setting, to no avail. So now I have to clean poop stains out of the bowl daily with a brush. Unacceptable. 2. The vendor relentlessly sends emails asking me to delete this review, with a promise of sending me a new lid and refunding my money. I've asked them to stop emailing, but they persist. Yesterday, I broke down and said, "OK." They replied, "Okay, please send your address, After waiting for your comments to delete, we will send you a new toilet cover and installation video to you. Thank you for your quick reply. " I replied that this is no way to run a business, and that I suspected this violates Amazon's vendor policies. ——————- UPDATE, 7 months later The company sent a new “upper section” —- basically everything but the porcelain bowl. This is to fix the poor flow. It also has a new seat lid, to replace the broken one. In prepping to replace the upper section, I experimented with the existing flow-challenged unit. I disconnected the hose that supplies the swirl rinse water to the top of the bowl. I pointed the loose hose into the bowl and flushed, and TONS of water sprayed out. I investigated the swirl fitting, and found a flow reducer orifice inside the hose fitting. With this removed, the flush swirls enthusiastically, rinsing away all traces of brown. If you find your toilet is not rinsing the sides of the bowl well, pop the upper unit off (just lift firmly at the back of the bowl) and check this line for contamination or blockage. I am very pleased with the restored cleaning power, and the company support. Raising this back up to four stars. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ——————- UPDATE, 2 years later. The toilet broke again. Now, it is low flow, both for rinse and flush. Three flushes will not clear a floater away. I suspect a bad valve or maybe controller. I contacted support. After 3-4 email exchanges where they just asked for pictures and offered no advice, they finally said: "Hello, I noticed that you replaced your toilet seat with one that includes a motor and the entire program on August 27, 2025. Did the motor break again after six months? If so, you'll need to buy a new toilet seat with the included motor and program. (B0FFSKJXY7)" And there you have it. They don't support a toilet over six months old. Pathetic. I am ordering the B0FFSKJXY7 unit for ninety-nine dollars, as I like the toilet that much. But I cannot recommend buying this toilet new. If the company disappears or stops making a compatible replacement upper unit, the whole thing goes down the crapper. (Or doesn't) If you have two bathrooms, this wouldn't be a big problem. But my family of four has only one toilet, so having to pour a bucket of water in to flush is absolutely not acceptable. I may buy two of the head units, in fact, to have one as a spare. We've had three failures over two years. The first two, the company covered. This time, they did not. I expect a toilet to last a few decades, not a few months. ... show more
