I have had bidet’s installed on my toilets over 10 years now. One of them stopped working and I decided to invest in a smart toilet. My first concern was price and features. I took my time and finally made a decision after having done my research for over two months. Let me say, I picked the right one by selecting the smart toilet from Loupusuo Luxury. I received it in November and had it installed the same month, (delivery was relatively quick). I decided to wait until I had used it for two months prior to writing a review. This toilet is awesome, it does everything and then some! The cover opens automatically. The person that installed my smart toilet said it was very easy, it didn’t long at all. The features are great, the flush is very powerful which is a great feature to have, it really cleans the bowl! The features are awesome and work so well! The heated seat is wonderful and the self cleaning feature is a game changer! I love that you can control the temperature of any/all features that are heated; seat and water. I love this toilet so much that now very seldom use any other toilet in my house. I am considering replacing the other two toilets in my house with the same! I highly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a smart toilet to try purchasing one from Loupusuo Luxury! Update: 4/10/26: Once I registered for the once year warranty after having received the toilet in 11-2024, the vendor gave me an additional year of warranty. My toilet started to give me some issues with flushing, thus I contacted the vendor via email, (I believe they are in China). They responded and had me send a video of the toilet having issues flushing. The email stated that they would have an engineer review the video and find a solution. I received a reply the next day and the had determined that a part needs to be replaced. They sent me the part, and when I asked who would replace the part they replied that they would send a video and that I could do it myself. Of course I was concerned and felt I would not be able to to do. I received the part and after notifying them that I had the part they sent the video. Shocking the video seemed to make replacing the part seem really easy! I am please to say it was! They had stars that if I had any issues to email them and they would get me through replacing the part. I was able to do it without contacting them and the toilet is working just fine! I am so pleased that I purchased my smart toilet from this vendor! I judge vendors on how they treat customers if there is an issue not is there is an issue! Whew! I wish I had purchased this toilet sooner. It has so many amazing features, including a heated seat, bidet, warm air dryer, automatic flushing, motion sensors, and more. It truly makes every bathroom visit feel like a luxury experience. Whenever guests come over, they absolutely love it and always compliment it. Now I just have to figure out how to get my husband out of the bathroom—I think he's turned it into his office space! 😂 (Just kidding.) I'm already planning to purchase this same toilet for my other two bathrooms. I've had this toilet for a year and think it's amazing value for money. Had someone who is an amateur plumber install it but gave him all the tips and tricks from previous reviews and he installed it without issues. I'm in America, and worried it wouldn't work for here without some tinkering, but he got it in just fine. Other reviews complain about how loud it is, but that's kind of how these things sound outside of very high end models. I don't think it's louder than ones I encountered in Japan. It just takes getting used to when moving from more traditional toilets. Sensors are still working great after a year. It knows when I'm approaching and opens the lid. Once you sit down it swirls water around the bowl. Then flushed when you stand and cleans the bowl again. Never need to touch anything. I have another manual bidet that's a bit more expensive and heats the water and seat more evenly, but the water coming out of this one is never cold, just sometimes more on the lukewarm than hot side. My girlfriend is petite and complains that the unit doesn't flush for her and she has to use the remote, but I can't for the life of me figure out why that would be when it works perfectly for me. Also, don't put this in you bedroom bathroom. It is too loud for that. But we have this in our main bath on the floor of the house with the kitchen, dining, living room where we don't sleep so it's okay. Barely needs cleaning because of the pre and post wash. Looks great and very high end. Truly excellent value for money. If you can get this for under 400 and find someone to install it cheaply, honestly it's worth it even if it conks out in 3 years. I've had it for 1 like I said and it's doing great, so fingers crossed. It's a decent height and I'd worried it be too low (I'm 6 foot) but it's a great height. Do measure you're space carefully before purchasing because it is deep and needs some space away from the wall for all the water and power stuff. Haven't interacted with customer service, but one of the reasons I felt okay buying this is other reviews say they're responsive. I read dozens, heck, maybe hundreds of reviews on this before buying it, and it seems they were honest. ... show more

Despite no brand name, this is a good product. All features work as designed. However there are drawbacks to know about: 1 Flush is noisy and uses nearly a gallon of water yet the toilet is designed so that water does not flow over the back of the bowl to clean it. Toilet paper sometimes remains visible after being churned up. 2 Air dry is weak and has no hope of actually drying your rear-end within a reasonable wait. 3 Remote holder is stick-on, but the glue is not strong enough to stay on the wall with satin paint 4 After a power interruption, seat warmer defaults to high, but shows "off" on the remote display - easily corrected by cycling thru the temp settings on the remote. 5 There is no way to suppress flushing (while cleaning or if you want to conserve water or be quiet at night). 6 You can't sit on it with the lid down. Be aware that installation is more complicated than a standard toilet and requires an electrical outlet within a two feet of the toilet. Uses only 2 kW hours per month (30 cents in high cost electricity areas). All that said, I am still pleased with the toilet and prefer it over a standard toilet. It is not obvious that a name brand over $1000 would be better than this. ... show more

TL;DR: Great toilet, but too unreliable, with no local support and questionable manufacturer support. If you have only one bathroom, do not buy this. ------------- This is a really cool toilet. I think we will enjoy it. That said, we’re getting off to a rough start. The instructions give no advice about what kind/size of fitting in the supply line is. Several comments and reviews and answers suggest that it’s not a US fitting, and that it only gets a single thread of engagement in a pipe fitting. This is not a tapered pipe thread. it feels like it almost fits a half inch pipe thread, but it’s not and don’t try and force it. It’s a half inch compression fitting. It needs a nut and a compression fitting ring on a half inch pipe, such as copper or PEX. If you already have a shut off valve by your toilet installed in the last few decades, this is probably what you already have and you can reuse the nut and compression fitting already on the pipe. Screw off your old valve and screw this new valve on. That said, it was a pretty poor fit for the compression nut on my pipe stub. I do suspect it’s a metric equivalent, cut as an SAE thread, but turned out slightly larger than spec. It would be fantastic if the manufacture upped their game in this regard and made it fit conventional US fittings more accurately. Once I got it installed, we used it for a day and are very impressed with it. It has a nice combination of features, and I can finally do my business without ever touching anything one of my goals in buying a smart, toilet. It looks quite nice. It’s also very compact for an elongated bowl toilet, since there is no tank. This is valuable in our small bathroom, as we have very little room between the tub and the toilet, which faces the tub. Replacing our old round bowl, we gained an extra inch or two of knee room. Even better the shape of the toilet allowed us to install it at a 45° angle, which makes for a far more spacious throne, with plenty of legroom to stretch out. One qualm is that it flushes a lot. If it even has the slightest excuse to flush it flushes, such as raising the seat, and then lowering the seat with no business in between I think once the novelty wears off and we stop playing with it so much, it won’t be that great of an issue. As for the user interface, it has a few other quirks that are a little annoying. For example, when you turn the drying fan on, it flushes immediately. I don’t particularly like the flushing happening while I’m still sitting down. I would rather it would wait until Eagle has left the nest. It also pre-wets the bowl as soon as you sit down. I guess we’ll get used to that as well, but it’s a little disconcerting. The flush is on the loud side, but I guess we’ll get used to that, too. It is nice that you don’t have to wait for a tank to refill between flushes. ————— But worst of all, it broke on day two. I hit the button on the remote to raise the lid, and the seat and lid lumbered to lift together. as soon as it I got most of the way up, the motor stopped, and the lid and Seat both flopped down together. The lids torque axle had broken on the seat lid. The seat motor was trying to lift both by itself. At first, I suspected one of my kids of climbing on it or otherwise breaking it, but the fracture is clearly from torque. Even if there was some obstacle in the way, it should be engineered so as to not destroy itself. E.g. a weaker motor, safety switch, current limiter or non-destructive fusible link. I really didn’t expect it to last 10 years, but day two is not acceptable. I’m hopeful, they’ll send me a new lid, as shipping the whole unit back to them is be likely impossible. The shipping crate is as big as a chair and weigh most of 100 pounds, and it was not possible (for me, at least) to extract the product from the box without cutting the box all the way, open. We’ll see how it goes. -------- UPDATE, 6 months later. Dropping this from 2 stars to 1 star, for two reasons: 1. The right side of the bowl no longer gets wet. I've adjusted the water pressure to its maximum setting, to no avail. So now I have to clean poop stains out of the bowl daily with a brush. Unacceptable. 2. The vendor relentlessly sends emails asking me to delete this review, with a promise of sending me a new lid and refunding my money. I've asked them to stop emailing, but they persist. Yesterday, I broke down and said, "OK." They replied, "Okay, please send your address, After waiting for your comments to delete, we will send you a new toilet cover and installation video to you. Thank you for your quick reply. " I replied that this is no way to run a business, and that I suspected this violates Amazon's vendor policies. ——————- UPDATE, 7 months later The company sent a new “upper section” —- basically everything but the porcelain bowl. This is to fix the poor flow. It also has a new seat lid, to replace the broken one. In prepping to replace the upper section, I experimented with the existing flow-challenged unit. I disconnected the hose that supplies the swirl rinse water to the top of the bowl. I pointed the loose hose into the bowl and flushed, and TONS of water sprayed out. I investigated the swirl fitting, and found a flow reducer orifice inside the hose fitting. With this removed, the flush swirls enthusiastically, rinsing away all traces of brown. If you find your toilet is not rinsing the sides of the bowl well, pop the upper unit off (just lift firmly at the back of the bowl) and check this line for contamination or blockage. I am very pleased with the restored cleaning power, and the company support. Raising this back up to four stars. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ——————- UPDATE, 2 years later. The toilet broke again. Now, it is low flow, both for rinse and flush. Three flushes will not clear a floater away. I suspect a bad valve or maybe controller. I contacted support. After 3-4 email exchanges where they just asked for pictures and offered no advice, they finally said: "Hello, I noticed that you replaced your toilet seat with one that includes a motor and the entire program on August 27, 2025. Did the motor break again after six months? If so, you'll need to buy a new toilet seat with the included motor and program. (B0FFSKJXY7)" And there you have it. They don't support a toilet over six months old. Pathetic. I am ordering the B0FFSKJXY7 unit for ninety-nine dollars, as I like the toilet that much. But I cannot recommend buying this toilet new. If the company disappears or stops making a compatible replacement upper unit, the whole thing goes down the crapper. (Or doesn't) If you have two bathrooms, this wouldn't be a big problem. But my family of four has only one toilet, so having to pour a bucket of water in to flush is absolutely not acceptable. I may buy two of the head units, in fact, to have one as a spare. We've had three failures over two years. The first two, the company covered. This time, they did not. I expect a toilet to last a few decades, not a few months. ... show more
