This bidet is really something. It is packed with features and super easy to install. Fits my older toilet perfectly. The design allows for a lot of adjustment options without having the seat attached. That makes finding the perfect position when installing a breeze. Once installed it stays put and does not move even slightly. That is thanks to the quality anti slip strips on the seat mounting bracket. The remote is very nice. I love the ability to store two user settings. Once programmed you never need to adjust the settings again. Simply push the user 1 or 2 button and viola you are good to go, no pun intended. Great array of water pressures, temperatures, and nozzle locations. It even has different spray patterns. The heated water lasts for a full 2 minute wash cycle but I have not needed two minutes yet. The hottest setting is plenty hot too. Both the lid and seat are soft close. The seat heater is a luxurious feature but it does not automatically shut off. Would be nice to have the heater sense when you sit and shut down when you are done but it’s not a deal breaker. I also love the heated drier feature. You must keep in mind that it is normal to have residual moisture. The soft blue light is great and it can also be disabled. Haven’t used a single piece of TP since I installed my bidet. It’s a nice feeling to know I am helping the environment AND getting cleaner at the same time. I also purchased the in-line water filter and am just as pleased with it. This is a quality product made by a reputable company. It’s worth every penny. I don’t think you can find a more feature packed bidet for the price. Buy with confidence. ... show more

    • Bought this in February of 2021 and still working great!
What I like: Super easy installation. I like the water pressure, the water temperature, the remote control, and the attached side control. Oh, and the heated seat It’s nice to set your preferences on the remote and then set it to the side and use the attached quick control. Just keep it handy because if the power goes off it erases your preferences. To work the remote you have to hold the buttons you are setting to get them to react, which is smart in case you have children who impatiently try to mash the buttons— they give up quickly. Sometimes I’ve had to move the remote to get a better signal but that’s no big deal and I could only get the settings saved for one user not two. Also the dryer works but I’m not going to sit there long enough to get dry….who has that much time? I use a little tissue to pat dry. I’ve had this for about 5 months and I’m very pleased. The water temperature can be set from cold to very warm almost hot and so can the seat temperature . If you set the water for warm it stays warm and doesn’t run into cold before you are through. You can even change the water pressure. The blue light is just bright enough to go in the middle of the night without turning on the lights. In March when it was still cold it was pleasant to sit on a warm seat ! Overall, I’m very pleased and have recommended it to a few friends already. It’s nice to be clean!     • Worked great when it worked, problems started once it broke
We love this bidet as it was a solid upgrade over our previous non-plug in, only cold water bidet since this one warmed the water and had a remote control? Sold. If it was the bidet only I was reviewing it would be a 5/5. However, bidet functioned great for almost a year, until last month, when the nozzle quit retracting into the base of the unit. We couldn't use the toilet unless we taped the nozzle into the unit, and then we're only left with an expensive seat. I opened a ticket with Brondell support since we were still under the year warranty, explained the issue, provided pictures and was absolutely shocked with what they asked of me next. They want me to detach the bidet seat (which also functions as our toilet set) and send the seat back to them. They would cover the cost of the repair and shipping to and from but they needed to "diagnose" the issues themselves. I told support I already diagnosed the issue and would be left without a toilet seat for several weeks while they did the repair and sent the seat back, so I would have to go out and buy a normal toilet seat in the meantime, and if I were to go and do that, I'm spending more money than I already did because their seat broke. Customer service would not budge, and so, I said I was no longer interested in a warranty replacement because its kind of absurd to expect a customer of yours to detach and ship back the seat as opposed to sending out a replacement and then having your customer ship the broken one back like every company does in 2025. Nice bidet, but awful customer service, totally earning that 1/5, and I won't be shopping this brand or recommending to people in the market for a bidet in the future. This was our 2nd Brondell bidet, and it will be our last. ... show more
