I love it! I will sometimes wait until i get home to use the bathroom now lol. I feel SO much cleaner when i use it. I waited about a month before writing this just to give it a very fair review since its a pricier purchase. And I really relied on the other reviews when I purchased it - so I hope my review helps someone else. My thoughts: The seat gets toasty warm! I didnt anticipate this really mattering but this is one of things i love most and am very spoiled by. And although my other very american family (lol) doesnt particularly like their nether regions being showered on the potty, they DO LOVE the seat warmer. The water gets nice and warm too (although if you use the full three minute wash, it cools down quite a bit but not to an uncomfortable level). The spray is plenty strong (especially when you use the “strong” option). I read this in a few other reviews and mine does this too - it does make my bathroom light subtly flicker a little when its filling but its not major and doesnt bother me. I wish it sprayed just a liiiitttttttllleee farther front but i just scoot back a little on the seat to accommodate for that. It was very easy to install but i did have to order an extension cord - I ziptied the excess and used sticky 3M style cord clamps to keep the cord neat and out of sight. Its not difficult at all to clean/clean around. Its aesthetically nice looking. The seat top is sturdy and you CAN sit on it but because of the angle, it isnt super sittable (i used to sit on the toilet seat to do things like put on my socks and lotion up after my bath…its not real comfy for things like that though so I do miss having a “seat” in my bathroom). I also kind of wish the buttons on the remote “clicked” but thats just me being picky - the remote works well and even without “clicks” I dont have any trouble operating it. As some of the other reviews said, the dryer really doesnt dry but if you do a little pat is does help keep you from feeling “damp” down there. That being said, i haven’t read a review yet that said the dryer really did a good job - even on the much pricier seats. All things considered though, I think this bidet seat is an excellent value! I shopped this purchase for MONTHS (maybe even a year) before I finally committed and Im very happy with this choice! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This bidet is amazing. I had to purchase a second one after my first one stopped functioning after 5 years of service. I was shocked to see that the new bidet I ordered a week ago did not come with the proper rubber fittings/seals that my first one came with and with. The first one even came with extra rubber fittings. I am so glad that I saved them. I also purchase a filter that feeds to my bidets reservoir to prevent any calcium build up on the nozzle. I replace it every 5 to 6 months. I will admit I got lazy and forgot to replace the filter for about 18 months before the old bidet stopped functioning 😕 The material quality of the first bidet was top notch. Already tested out the new one. It is summer now so I have no need to use the seat/water temp but I will keep an eye on its performance in the future. It is very user friendly. I kept the hardware from the old bidet, they are still in excellent condition. Aside from the nozzle of the old bidet not functioning the seat and controls are very sturdy and durable. I Never had any cracks appear on the bottom of the seat. I will update on the new bidet if anything happens. I would highly recommend this bidet for anyone that is interested in purchasing one. ... show more

    • Not quite as good as Brondell SE400

Ordered this to replace the SE400 that had started to leak unrepairably after 8 years of good service. I thought I'd save a couple of bucks and get this one instead. Wish I had stayed with the tried and true. Too much of a hassle to return after installing, and who the hell wants a used bidet? This works fine but[t]..... the seat temp and the water temp are both cooler. The wand makes more noise and takes longer to extend, and the spray is not as strong. It also makes my bathroom lights flicker when spraying so must be a higher power draw as the old one didn't have that effect. The mounting hardware is also different than the SE400 but still easy to install. So, this is a fine products and does the job, but for a little extra $ I'd strongly recommend the SE400 model. ... show more

We love this bidet as it was a solid upgrade over our previous non-plug in, only cold water bidet since this one warmed the water and had a remote control? Sold. If it was the bidet only I was reviewing it would be a 5/5. However, bidet functioned great for almost a year, until last month, when the nozzle quit retracting into the base of the unit. We couldn't use the toilet unless we taped the nozzle into the unit, and then we're only left with an expensive seat. I opened a ticket with Brondell support since we were still under the year warranty, explained the issue, provided pictures and was absolutely shocked with what they asked of me next. They want me to detach the bidet seat (which also functions as our toilet set) and send the seat back to them. They would cover the cost of the repair and shipping to and from but they needed to "diagnose" the issues themselves. I told support I already diagnosed the issue and would be left without a toilet seat for several weeks while they did the repair and sent the seat back, so I would have to go out and buy a normal toilet seat in the meantime, and if I were to go and do that, I'm spending more money than I already did because their seat broke. Customer service would not budge, and so, I said I was no longer interested in a warranty replacement because its kind of absurd to expect a customer of yours to detach and ship back the seat as opposed to sending out a replacement and then having your customer ship the broken one back like every company does in 2025. Nice bidet, but awful customer service, totally earning that 1/5, and I won't be shopping this brand or recommending to people in the market for a bidet in the future. This was our 2nd Brondell bidet, and it will be our last. ... show more
