It is better than TP. Good to keep on you when you have to go a lot when you're away from the house. It could use a little larger water reservoir and a little more spray power, but it seems to do the job decently.

Very disappointed that it just stopped working. Only used intermittently (maybe 15-20 times) but over a period of 6 months. Tried to look up the warranty and could not find ANYTHING. Nothing on the the paperwork that came with the unit mentions a warranty and Amazon directs you to the "manufacturer's site" (which there isn't one). For that reason will look for another brand. When it worked, it did the job. However, it stopped working while on a trip -- VERY inconvenient timing. Look elsewhere... UPDATE: EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.     • Way better than toilet paper
When I am traveling and don’t have access to my nice bidets installed at home, this product helps prevent me from reverting back to toilet paper alone. Try putting warm water in it for a slightly more pleasant use.

This is easy to use. It's nice and compact for travel. I wish there was a stronger water pressure though. Update: customer service is great.     • Worked well for about 8 months
I was really happy with this - decent pressure, holds enough water, packs away small enough to take everywhere - for the first 6 months. After that, it started needing much more frequent battery changes, and now it's basically unusable because it starts fading immediately once you put in fresh batteries. I don't know if this is worth buying again, it's a bit expensive for something that won't last long. I'm hoping that investing in something slightly higher end will be more worth it. ... show more

    • Works great. Wish the water tank was larger and the spray tip was more adjustable.
Ordered unit before a cruise. We have a full function bidet at home and wanted one for the trip. The item was shipped and delivered promptly. Disappointing that the two AAA batteries were not included or prominently mentioned in the item description. The unit is easy to fill and clean. I found that warm water works best and if the tank were a bit larger it would have been better. The high setting is good, the low setting is not really effective. The only other comment is that the spray arm only stays put in the fully extended position. There isn't enough friction in the hinge to keep the tip properly in place in any other position. ... show more

    • Not enough water pressure!
The media could not be loaded. I’ve used this type of bidet several times, just replacing them when they break. I find they usually last about a year, regardless of brand. I know we all like a clean booty and I find it takes a couple of washings to get there. I’ve had it for about 2.5 months and am going to replace it early because there’s just not enough water pressure, even on the high setting. ... show more
