I was nervous to buy this pool with so few reviews, but it has been great! It was easy to set up once we used some soapy water to get the frame poles through the liner. The pump and salt system do what they’re supposed to do and we’re pretty easy to setup. The water analyzer that came with it is junk though. I think it was used because it was all corroded and I couldn’t ever get it connected to the app anyway so it’s now in the trash and got a different one that is also junk. But everything else is great!! Also, I absolutely love the stairs. They were a pain to put together but they’re so stable that even my dog figured them out quickly! And I love that they fold up when we’re not using it. Side note: don’t follow the salt requirement of 3000ppm that is standard with most salt systems. I did that by mistake and had to partially drain and refill my pool to get it to the correct level. It only needs 950ppm to operate.

We received the INTEX 28825EH 16ft x 52in UltraLuxe Premium Above Ground Pool Set with Smart technology, and it has completely exceeded our expectations. The pool looks far more premium than a typical above-ground pool, and the UltraLuxe design gives it a modern, high-end appearance that fits perfectly in our backyard. Setup was surprisingly straightforward. With a couple of people helping, we had everything assembled and filled much faster than expected. The frame feels extremely sturdy and durable, and the liner material is thick and well-made. Once filled, the pool feels very stable and secure. One of the standout features is the Smart system integration. Being able to monitor and control functions more conveniently makes maintenance much easier and less stressful. The filtration system keeps the water crystal clear, and the included components feel like a complete package rather than needing immediate upgrades. The 16ft size is perfect for families — plenty of room for adults to relax and kids to play without taking up the entire yard. The 52-inch depth is also ideal for actually swimming and cooling off comfortably during hot days. After using it regularly, we can confidently say this pool delivers outstanding value for the price. I am loving this premium above ground pool set. This item is so much better than the lower level of above ground pools, and it comes with a salt water pump. The salt water pool pump has wifi for remote time management and is a dual pump with sand filtering and the salt water module. Salt water pumps convert salt to chlorine but in a much softer state that does not ruin hair and clothing. The set comes with a little table top for a place to put items such as a drink, sunscreen, waterproof speaker, etc. It comes with LED solar-rechargeable mood lights for night. Set up does not require tools. An included ladder is retractable and has wide steps making this pool much more safe around children, especially young children. The metal is weather-coated steel and is very durable. A cover is included to keep debris out or for winterization. To monitor the water, is comes with an analyzer that works with the pump to keep the chemicals balanced. I am very happy to have found this pool for a little warm-weather fun and my favorite kind of exercise.

We had a previous 16ft Intex pool and loved it, but this ended up being a full upgrade, not just a replacement. Honestly, we were already planning to upgrade our old pump because the standard one just wasn’t cutting it for the size. When I realized this set already includes a higher capacity sand filter and a saltwater system, it made way more sense to just upgrade the whole pool instead of buying those separately. That alone makes this a really solid value. Beyond that, everything feels like a step up from the typical above ground setup. The frame is sturdy, the ladder is actually usable, which is rare, and all the extras like the cover, skimmer, and water analyzer make it feel like a complete system instead of something you have to piece together. The saltwater system is a huge win too. Less maintenance, fewer chemicals, and the water just feels better overall. Overall, this isn’t just a pool, it’s a legit backyard upgrade. If you were already thinking about upgrading your pump anyway, this is kind of a no brainer.

I have been waiting for this pool to show up for months, and when it finally did, I was beyond excited. This is a major upgrade from our previous pool, and you can immediately tell this is not your average above ground setup. The UltraLuxe line really does feel like a step above the standard XTR pools. Even before setup, you can see the quality in everything included. This is truly a complete package. It comes with everything you need to get started, including a much sturdier ladder than the typical small ones, a sand filter system, saltwater system, pool cover, ground cloth, skimmer, water analyzer, and even built-in features like a swim-up table and solar lighting. The swim-up table is such a fun addition and really gives it that resort-style feel. It is perfect for holding drinks, snacks, or just relaxing in the water without needing to get out. The solar lights built into the top add a really nice touch for evening use and make the pool feel even more like an experience rather than just a pool. The frame is heavy-duty and well constructed, with a solid steel design that feels stable and durable. Assembly is designed to be straightforward, and we are currently preparing our ground properly with leveling and pavers to make sure everything is set up the right way. The included sand filter and saltwater system are another huge upgrade. This combination helps keep the water cleaner with less maintenance and fewer harsh chemicals, which is something we were really looking for. The ladder is also worth mentioning again because it is a big improvement over standard pool ladders. It feels safer, sturdier, and more comfortable to use. Overall, this pool feels like a full backyard upgrade rather than just a seasonal item. Between the size, the included accessories, and the upgraded systems, it is designed to create a much more enjoyable and low-maintenance experience. I wanted to come back and add updates. I have seen other reviews, and wanted to point out, this pool DOES require a 3000 PPM salt content as this has a sand filter as well, only 950 would be way to low and risk algae bloom etc. Myself, my husband and 2 teens put this pool up in a short time, it was pretty simple and straight forward, it IS heavy, and taller than i expected. We did use pavers under each leg as we have alot of Florida sand underneath. Once set i put in an inch of water, pulled out all the wrinkles and started filling. I am on a well, so it took time and patience to fill, The ladder was not that difficult to assemble, you definitely want 2 people though. and its SO worth it ,as this ladder is such an upgrade. Now, reading all the instruction, watching videos to set up the pool pump the chlorinator, and the sand filter. I did it by myself, and it was super simple. Once set up, i did backwash, and then i added 120 Pounds of salt (the sand filter did take 75 pounds of sand) i turned on the pump for 24 hours to allow the salt to fully dissolve and used my push broom to sweep the floor of the pool a few times to make sure to get all that may have settled. I also added metal out, as we have a well. Then it was chlorinator time. the instructions do not tell you, but you should also have some Pool Stabilizer ready before you run the chlorinator and add the correct amount, the chlorinator ran overnight> I had no problem setting up my analyzer, the pump, i did have to change some wifi settings as it will only work on the 2.5, but once i did, i love that there is no guesswork, the pool analzyer works perfectly and monitors the water, and will "talk" to the pump if any adjustments need to be made, no guesswork involved. I do have a robot for the daily maintenance. So for me, this is a pretty hassel free upgrade! the pool skimmer works so well, though i did also add a sock.
