We bought this knowing that the seller has some horrible reviews. But I took a chance and so glad I did! Shipping was fast and on time. Since its been up all we have had to do is scrub the pool and skim the top! Crystal clear water and couldn't be happier!

If you are tired of constantly adding shocker and chlorine tablets to your pool then you might want consider converting to a salt water pool. Although the initial cost is quite high, not having to deal with the cost of tablets and shocker will make up the difference in the long run. Bags of salt is a lot cheaper in my opinion and requires a lot less maintenance. Although, I went ahead and got the complete setup, if you pump and sand filter is in good working order, all you will need to add is the saltwater system. Very easy setup. Just make sure you follow the instructions.

Had a different model for about 5 years. It worked well, but it ended up with a ground fault and was unable to be repaired. Purchased this one as a replacement. It is working much better than the all in one version I had prior. Hope it last just as long or longer

This is a review on Spreetail, the company that ships the product. Beware: The pump and saltwater system are shipped separately, despite no indication of this in the product description. They were supposed to arrive yesterday, however, the pump arrived today a day late and since it came without the saltwater system we were obviously very worried. My husband, dad and uncle have been working their butts off installing our newly purchased above ground pool to be used this weekend with all the family we have in coming for the holiday. The Spreetail customer service representatives I have spoken with via the phone and online have continuously referred me to the FedEx tracking number which has no updates other than the label that was created on the day of purchase which was 2 days ago. FedEx claims that they have yet to receive the product from the shipper and that the estimated arrival time is now the 26th, 6 days from original delivery date. Spreetail also said that they will not open an investigation with FedEx until product has been in limbo for 4 days, which is absolutely crazy and also claimed that they are not responsible for the delivery date that Amazon or any other marketplace advertises. Unfortunately, Spreetail is the shipper for this product through Amazon, Target, and Walmart, so I’m not sure what to do. They offered $43 in compensation for the inconvenience, but would honestly prefer they just investigate where the hell the system is and if I need to order another one. I will update my review when this has been resolved and the pump and saltwater system have been installed.

Pump works great. Chlorine generator has been problematic. The calcium buildup causes it to falsely say it's low salt so you have to clean it off. By the next season the chlorine generator l didn't work at all. It acted fine but didn't generate chlorine. Going to try a different chlorine generator product.

NOTE: this system requires TWO BULKY plugs. I had to hire an electrician to add an additional GFCI outlet because the previous pump with saltwater system feature only needed one. Be aware of this when purchasing. It cost me a few hundred additional dollars because of this.
