I’ve had this hot tub for a couple of weeks and plan to update my review if anything changes. So far, I’ve really enjoyed it. Setup was very easy. The heater and pump are used to inflate both the tub and the insulated cover, which was a great feature to have. I was not looking forward to inflating it by hand, so this made setup much easier. The size is perfect for two adults. It has held air well so far, and the materials feel durable. I will likely need to protect it from direct sunlight in the summer, but time will tell. Starting at around 50°F, it took about 20 hours to heat up to 104°F and has maintained that temp pretty consistently. In the cold weather the temp drops slightly when using it, which is expected thanks to thermodynamics. lol But it’s still hot and relaxing nonetheless. I’m in climate zone 6b, and we’ve already had a few nights in the low 30s. Getting into the hot tub when it’s cold outside has been very relaxing. The large cover wraps around the entire tub and does a good job of keeping heat in while protecting it from the elements. The bottom is padded and soft, which makes it comfortable to sit and lounge in. I also bought a third-party foam base to place underneath it to help insulate it from my concrete patio. Overall, it feels like a great value for the price. I am giving it 5 stars because it actually exceeded my expectations for such an inexpensive hot tub purchased on Amazon.

I had a tub from Costco that was great and when it was time to be replaced I went with this one. Larger on paper but a flimsier design makes the use case smaller. The biggest problem is that the cover is heavy and cumbersome. Something that is supposed to help my back first requires my back to workout :D Following maintenance I emptied the tub after 3 months. I haven't filled it again. I don't think I use it enough. Because this is just an Amazon Seller they don't provide product support. It didn't work out so I'm out $$$ and that is a one star experience!

Purchased this a month ago literally and it was really working great no issues. Was really happy with the upgrade from Coleman Spa because we had issue after issue with that one just for this one to completely stop working. Came out to get in to notice the power wasn’t on. Tried powering it on multiple ways and nothing. For almost $1000 this was the last thing I expected to happen!! I am not a happy customer by far….!!!!

This is a great hot tub with just a few small flaws. The size is perfect, and it’s surprisingly sturdy—you’re not going to accidentally puncture it. The insulation is excellent too. It heats up even in below-freezing temperatures without any trouble. Once the cover is off and the bubbles are running, it does lose heat a bit faster than I’d like, but it still stays warm long enough for a full relaxing session. There are a couple of issues worth mentioning. After about a week of use, the controller seems to lock up and needs a reset. The cover is very well insulated, but it’s also a pain to take off and put back on. The app wasn’t as useful as I expected either. It heats up slowly, so since we use it two to three times a week, we just keep it at temperature all the time. Overall, it’s a solid hot tub for the price. Yes, it adds to your electric bill, but it heats so slowly that I honestly couldn’t tell you by how much. Despite the quirks, we’ve been happy with it.

This hot tub is so worth the money, I had another tub that was nothing but trouble went through 2 pump consoles in a month. This tub set up so nice you can't even hear the pump running it heated up real fast maintains temperature well. If your looking for a great inflatable tub don't waste your time on other brands buy this tub.....

I am writing this review as a warning to anyone considering this product. Just one month after purchasing this Intex hot tub, the entire pump unit caught fire, an event that could have been catastrophic. The flames were strong enough that they came dangerously close to burning down my privacy fence. This product is an extreme fire hazard and a terrible investment. Not only did it fail completely in a very short amount of time, but it also put my property and safety at risk. Do not buy this product if you value your money or your home. This was a complete waste of money and an incredibly stressful experience.

This is a very nice tub, fairly easy to put together you’ll need 2 people, however the instructions/manual are not the easiest to decipher , picture diagram needs to be bigger with illustrations. There were parts in the box but no explanation for them. We figured it out though. All in all a good buy, I would recommend it to anyone interested in buying one.
