Better than expected! My wife and I were able to move from garage to back yard by opening boxes and moving all pieces individually. We are both 64. We were then able to easily follow instructions from user manual and video to place the tub where we wanted and inflate. The pump attached easily and we were able to fill with water. It was January so temp outside was 48-55 Fahrenheit and hose water was about 63 F. Took about 20 minutes to fill tub to max line. After plugged in and starting heater it took about 24 hours to heat to 102 F. Make sure you follow instructions and put cover on when heating. We were able to use next day. Very little water displacement as I filled a little above line and we are both over 200 lbs and our cement pad had a slight incline. In reality less than 10 gal displaced. I am sure next use there will be no displacement as the spa fill line is still between max and min. Again, very pleased as jets, heater and tub all better than expected. Head rests were the only thing that was not great. But the rest of tub was so good I did not really care. I purchased two seats separately and they also helped with experience... ... show more

UPDATE: now that its colder, I have been working some way to keep the hot tub at optinal temperature. Finally, I wrapped the motor in a thick fuzzy waterproof blanket to see if it would retain heat better. So far with the blanket around the motor it has retained heat throughout the cold nights. It was around 14 degrees F and snowing last night when I got in the hot tub and it was still at 104F! I believe with the motor wrapped and the insulated base I laid down before adding water really helped. OLD REVIEW: My rating is solely based on the fact that is is an inflatable hot tub, so not really comparing it to a real hard stand hot tub. It's different and seems injust to make that comparison considering the price difference between the two. We were in the fence about dropping the money for a real hot tub, so decided to go with this one sense it's a lot cheaper before making the full investment. -Side walls are very tough. I'm 200 lbs and can sit on the side with minimal compression. -Jets are very powerful, although it's not as directly blown onto you sense all the air comes from the bottom air tube ring. -Temp does drop from 104 to 101 with 2 people inside of it but heats up again quickly. -The motor for the bubbles is a bit loud, but from inside the hot tub you can barely hear it due to the bubbles. - The side tables are sturdy and a very nice addition. -The thermal cover it comes with is rather heavy duty and makes a significant difference in the colder weather although I have not had it long enough to hit really cold weather. - In addition to the mat it came to sit on. I did add a 1/4 inch padded mat for the bottom. Does seem to make a difference in the comfort of sitting in it. Plus I'm sure it'll help with insulation during colder weather. - Due to the motor being exposed, it says to put it away during winter months. Imma try building a little insulated house around it in the winter to see if that helps it withstand staying out during the cold, so I will update my review then. ... show more
