  • We love it !!!
Style: Updated Packaging Size: 12' x 30"
I ordered this for my 6yo daughter, & I have to say we both absolutely love it !!! I put it up by myself, took me about 30 minutes. We play in it almost every day. The size is perfect bc I honestly don’t have time to take care of anything bigger lol. I work ft & she keeps me busy as well, it’s very easy to maintain, I run the pump about 4 hours a day when we get home in the afternoon. (Pump wasn’t included) I already had the pump from last year I ordered from amazon and it was exactly the right fit for it ! If you are thinking about getting one, go for it !!!! ... show more

  • Great family pool
Style: Updated Packaging Size: 12' x 30"
It was very simple to set up. Deep enough to enjoy without needing a ladder to get in. Shallow enough my toddler can walk around and play in it. So far it's been easy to maintain and keep clean. Definitely recommend picking up a cover and pool ground liner pad.

  • 10ft round index pool
Style: Updated Packaging Size: 10' x 30"
1. Read carefully because I don’t and it does not come with a pump. Luckily we had a small sand filter that we hooked up to it but it cost me an extra 30 dollars at the hardware store. That being said we Love to pool. We wanted something that we could sit in and just relax after work that’s not gonna break the bank to run. We downsized from a 18x30 to this. It fit perfectly on our back deck which was lovely because there won’t be a lot of tracking in dirt now! It’s a great size for smaller children and very well built. Easy to assemble as well. ... show more

  • Spreetail was difficult to deal with
Style: Updated Packaging Size: 12' x 30"
This company, Spreetail, was not easy to deal with. My pool was ordered on June 2nd and did not arrive 2 days later as advertised, it arrived on June 11th. This is only after many text back and forth with the company trying to resolve the issue. They stated that they had shipped the item out and was blaming FedEx, but after reaching out to FedEx, they never received the item and was waiting for it from Spreetail. They offered me an $11 discount, but I felt that their service was very unacceptable. The pool itself is Great!! No complaints there. I just would not buy from this company. ... show more

  • **Great Pool, but Pipes Could Be Stronger**
Style: Updated Packaging Size: 8ft x 20in
We bought this pool for our backyard, and overall, it’s been a fantastic addition! The size is perfect for our family, and setup was relatively straightforward. The materials feel sturdy, and the liner is thick enough to give me confidence it’ll last for several summers. However, we did notice that a couple of the support pipes bent after just a few uses. While it hasn’t caused any major issues yet, I wish they were a bit stronger to match the quality of the rest of the pool. Despite this, we’re still really happy with the pool and would recommend it if you're looking for something affordable and fun! Just keep an eye on the pipes. ... show more

  • Yet to see
Style: Updated Packaging Size: 12' x 30"
I'm on the fence about this pool. I did notice some minor leaking near the seams of some of the posts, But when I went back the next day, I wasn't seeing any pooled water. And the seams seem to be dry, so I'm wondering if it has something to do the first time that it's filled. It appears to be well sewn and it. It is really attractive in color, but I'm not sure about the whole leaking or not. We've only filled it a third of the way because of the cost of water where we live. We're kind of trying to fill a little each month. And in the process, became a little green looking. The algae is something we were ill prepared for. These are things you should probably know before you buy a pool. Figure out what kind of chemicals to use and how to clean it. We bought a filter for it, but the filter requires a certain level for the water for it to even work. We got this for an injured daughter, but with the way things have been going around our house we haven't been able to really use it, except for the first time we filled it. It also took many hours for both of my sons to try to build it. We put it on to a ground cloth that I've gotten prior to this point, and I would recommend that for you. Pools are fun, but you have to make sure you can afford the water and that you have the energy for the upkeep. ... show more

  • Got the version with the leg holes at the bottom and preferred the strap. Strap seems more durable
Style: Updated Packaging Size: 12' x 30"
So I have put many many pools together. And I'm talking just this year. Which is the reason why I ordered this one, because two of the other ones ended up springing leaks and I knew in text was the way to go and it was a great price. But people need to watch it when they're ordering because you save money by ordering the regular packaging instead of the upgraded packaging. Like who cares about the packaging. We care about what's inside so I don't understand why they're up charging for packaging. Anyways, had I really paid good attention, I would have noticed that it had just little holes at the bottom where the legs go in instead of the strap that go around the legs which I absolutely prefer because the holes don't seem as durable as the strap. The pool wasn't really problematic because of that but it took a lot more adjustment and it was a lot harder with the holes instead of the strap. So I still recommend the strap that goes around the Intex pool over the holes better in the bottom that you pop the legs into. That is my preferred and I would say probably a lot of people's preferred pool type. The strap makes it more durable and I don't understand why it was ever changed to just the leg holes in the bottom. I mean the pool has held up so far. We've had to do some adjustments which means lifting an entire pool of water to scooch legs but so far so good and no damage and it's holding up well regardless. It looks as pretty as it's supposed to. Maintenance is just the same. You have to clean your pool and that's just it. The depth is a 12x30 so it's not a real deep pool and I did that on purpose. This thickness is normal for an intact school. They usually hold up the best for us. Ease of cleaning is the same as any other pool, you have to clean it with a brush and a skimmer. No biggie. And yes you should absolutely make sure that it's ground level but if you're a little off-kilter it's okay. I can just tell you that if you have a robotic vacuum, it will not work if you're not level. You have to be completely level. Or it could be the seam in the middle that stops it from working properly. But either way, it's a fool that has always worked for us with the brand name in text and it's holding up just fine. No leaks, no issues whatsoever and very easy to put together until the very end when you have to put those last two pieces together, in which I had to have help but no biggie I always expect that. It should be hard to put together because you don't want them to be able to pop apart. I will always recommend in text but I still do recommend the strap that goes around the legs and not the bottom holes. Or they could do both and make it ultra sturdy but I don't think it would work well that way. ... show more
