Love this pool! I got the 14×40 ft. Im a first time pool owner and i think this was a perfect size for my family. Superr easy to set up. Id definitely recommend having at least 2 people for set up though. The pool itself , Quality is great. I can tell, I will have this pool for a long time. The filter that comes with it will work for now, I do plan on upgrading next year though. If you're thinking about it, get it!

Full arrived with the Center pipe in the filter broken we immediately called and text pools.com and gave them all the information we had on the product the day we purchased it from Amazon the day it was delivered how much it cost what our invoice was we made copies of the broken pipe and the person I spoke to on the phone was very kind and she assured me if I finished filling out the claim and they gave me a claim number that then they would send me out the replacement pipe and about three days later I got a message saying because I didn’t send them an itemized copy of my invoice. They can’t send me the replacement part so as of this date 21 June I’m getting ready to call them again and fill out everything that I can think of every copy of everything about Amazon and the shipping, etc. to see if they will help me and send this broken pipe part to us but as of right now I give them one star the poles really pretty. It was easy to put Together and we’re enjoying it because my husband taped the pipe together so that we could use the pool but we’re still waiting to get the replacement part.

We upgraded to the Intex Ultra XTR Frame Deluxe Pool Set for the summer, and it has been an absolute hit for the family. The 14ft x 42in size is the perfect sweet spot—plenty of room for adults to lounge on floats and for kids to splash around without taking over the entire backyard. What I Liked: Heavy-Duty Build: The puncture-resistant 3-ply PVC liner and galvanized steel frame feel incredibly rugged. The powder coating inside and out gives me peace of mind that it will handle rust resistance well over the seasons. Snap-Together Assembly: Setting up the actual frame was surprisingly quick and tool-free. The pieces smoothly click together using an Easy Lock T-Joint system that took two adults less than an hour to snap into place. Fantastic Sand Filter: The included Krystal Clear sand filter pump is a massive upgrade over basic cartridge filters. It keeps the 3,357 gallons of water pristine and clear with very little maintenance, and you only have to replace the sand every few years. What to Know Before Buying: The Leveling Warning: Do not underestimate the ground prep! If your yard is even slightly uneven, the weight of the water will shift the frame. We spent a full day flattening and compacting the ground before assembly, which is absolutely mandatory for a pool of this quality. Standard Accessories: While the pool structure and pump are top-tier, the included ladder and pool cover are fairly basic. They do the job, but they aren't quite as heavy-duty as the pool itself. Final Verdict: If you are willing to put in the honest weekend work to level your ground properly, this pool is an amazing investment. It looks upscale with its graphite exterior, feels sturdy, and delivers a true pool experience right in the backyard. Highly recommended!

Best purchase I’ve made this year! Very durable and easy to put together. Comes with a ladder, a sand pump (excellent value), a cover, and a tarp! I will say that the tarp/ground cover is quite thin, and it’s square, not round. If you want a thicker and/or round one, I’d get a separate one. But those aren’t much.

Has a hole in it. Very disappointed as we just filled it up halfway and noticed water pooling underneath— no chance it was us at set up as we put insulation foam down on the dirt pad with no rocks before we put the pool in. I also don’t love how the legs fit together either they don’t snap in they just kind of sit in the “feet” at the bottom and the “T” at the top they don’t secure well so it’s kinda hard to set it up without a part of the foot or the T to fall out until you get about a third of the way erected— not a deal breaker but annoying.
