Love this pool! I got the 14×40 ft. Im a first time pool owner and i think this was a perfect size for my family. Superr easy to set up. Id definitely recommend having at least 2 people for set up though. The pool itself , Quality is great. I can tell, I will have this pool for a long time. The filter that comes with it will work for now, I do plan on upgrading next year though. If you're thinking about it, get it! ... show more

Full arrived with the Center pipe in the filter broken we immediately called and text pools.com and gave them all the information we had on the product the day we purchased it from Amazon the day it was delivered how much it cost what our invoice was we made copies of the broken pipe and the person I spoke to on the phone was very kind and she assured me if I finished filling out the claim and they gave me a claim number that then they would send me out the replacement pipe and about three days later I got a message saying because I didn’t send them an itemized copy of my invoice. They can’t send me the replacement part so as of this date 21 June I’m getting ready to call them again and fill out everything that I can think of every copy of everything about Amazon and the shipping, etc. to see if they will help me and send this broken pipe part to us but as of right now I give them one star the poles really pretty. It was easy to put Together and we’re enjoying it because my husband taped the pipe together so that we could use the pool but we’re still waiting to get the replacement part. ... show more

    • Updated packaging is not worth it.
Style: Updated Packaging Size: 14ft x 42in
Just received the pool, installation was pretty simple took me about a hour by myself. Seems sturdy so that’s good, but man they really went cheap on the hoses. None of the hose have shut off valves which is pretty useful idk why they removed it from the original pool. The hose themselves are pretty cheap doubt they will last. Honestly the old pool I see looks way better if I knew this came with such cheap parts I would have skipped it. ... show more
