  • Great value
Size: 15ft X 42in
This pool is a great value! I bought the 15x42 and it was easy to set up by myself. Took about an hour to be ready for water. Fill up took about 8 hours. The ground cloth seems thin but made from durable feeling material, I removed all rocks and debris (most grass was dead from trampoline on that spot). It should help prevent grass growing through the bottom of the pool. The ladder was very easy to assemble and is sturdy. The pump works great but I'm just using it until the converter pieces come in to switch to a sand filter pump. The cover is good but difficult for me to take off by myself. I put it on quickly before a big rain storm and the pull string broke through the material, it does not have reinforced holes where the strings come out so when you pull tight it tears through the holes. Still worked though so I'm not bothered with that. The cover has vent holes in it and I'm not sure why. It defeats the purpose of covering for rain. I guess it serves more of a purpose to catch debris. When taking the cover off it had a lot of water on it from the vent holes so I pulled it off water became trapped in the folds and made it heavy. Next time I will pull from one end and not try to fold as I go. It had 1 very tiny leak (size of a needle)I found after it was filled with water so I put my finger on the hole from the inside of the pool to dry the outside and put a small patch on it. Thank goodness it comes with patches. So far my kids absolutely love it! I wish I had a pool like this when I was a kid. ... show more

  • Great pool so far
Size: 15ft X 42in
I’ve had this pool for a few days now and so far, so good. Some minor issues: I’ve had to adjust the filter a few times already due to air getting trapped in it. I also set up the pool on uneven ground but it’s holding up alright considering. I recommend making sure the ground is level before setting it up. The setup was hard work but not bad and it was easy to figure out. The ladder is difficult for heavy set people to use. It is the perfect size pool and great quality material. I am hoping it will last throughout the summer and years to come! ... show more

  • AWESOME POOL!
Size: 24ft X 52in
After reading many reviews, I decided to purchase this pool. It is HUGE! It is easy to put together, but takes a little time due to the size. I love the design on the inside of the liner. I purchased a salt water system and a sand pump after reading many reviews to be sure I am able to keep the water clear . I also purchased a maintenance kit and an automatic skimmer. We can't wait to start using it in a couple of days. Last year, we had a smaller pool by a different manufacturer (which we loved and decided to upgrade to a larger pool). The cartridge filter that came with our pool last year, did not keep the pool water clear. The cartridge filter on this pool is large, but I decided to go with the sand filter after reading all of the reviews. I have done my research this year and I believe I have the perfect pool! ... show more

  • Moves around alot
Size: 15ft X 42in
foot print is larger than 15 ft. installed on custom made 15 foot concrete pad + 15 inches extra for safety. Just barley fit. One leg actually was pushed off of concrete pad onto the grass. To fix it I will have to empty, reposition and refill. I cant do this in the same water billing cycle as our water company is notorious for stating you have over usage and demand to have property checked plumbing and foundation leaks. That's California for you. The connecting knuckles are plastic and do not have pins. The entire pool frame moves around when pool is in use. This causes concerns when the kids are very active. I don't think it will fall over but I very much prefer steel knuckles and pins. the pool I replaced had steel knuckles and pins felt much more sturdy. My former pool also had the finale knuckle keyed which made it much much easier to connect the last top rail. The liner is much better quality than the former pool. A skimmer filter would be nice to have, in order to make it easier to keep clean. Over all it is very nice. I love the printed tile pattern! I seasonally ( concrete pad doubles as fire pit area in winter) assemble and disassemble my pools so here are some hints. Hints: 1. Do not allow poles to get hot in sun as they are hard to handle difficult to insert into liner. 2. I used spray foot powder on knuckles and poles, this will make it easier to assemble and disassemble. 3. Secure hose to pool frame when filling. If allowed to flop around on pool liner you will damage the liner. 4. Use cover to heat pool during the day and cover at night to maintain nice temperature. Make sure to tighten draw string as the filter return will push the cover in to the pool and sink it to the bottom. 5. Allow liner to heat up a bit before filling. this allows for more evenly disbursement of liner bottom. 6. Before filling use the back of a a wide push broom to lightly tap liner between poles to evenly position liner bottom and reduce wrinkles. Do this while standing outside of pool. Have a great summer! ... show more

  • Invest in new pump
Size: 24ft X 52in
As far as the actual pool goes, we've had pretty good luck. Our first one was a 15 foot pool that survived being submerged during Hurricane Florence. Our next one was this 24 ft pool. It's sturdy, easy to set up (I would recommend 2-3 people though, just for ease) and spend the time to make it level. However, I definitely suggest upgrading to a sand filter because the pumps that come with these pools are crap. Within 3 months of putting our pool up, our first pump died. It's under a two year warranty, great. They sent us a new one. 4 DAYS LATER, the replacement pump stopped working. I called Intex again and was told I now would have to pay to ship the replacement pump back before they sent me another replacement. Customer service is horrible, especially when they KNOW how many complaints people have about these pumps. ... show more
