  • Top-Tier Gaming CPU – Amazing Performance and Value After 2 Years
Style: Processor
The media could not be loaded. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Incredible Gaming Performance and Value I’ve been using the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D for about two years now, and it’s been absolutely excellent—easily one of the best CPUs for gaming. The performance is outstanding. Games run incredibly smooth, with high frame rates and great consistency, especially in CPU-heavy titles. The 3D V-Cache really makes a noticeable difference, giving it an edge in gaming compared to a lot of other processors. And it’s easy to install. What really stands out is the price-to-performance ratio. You’re getting top-tier gaming performance without needing to spend on the most expensive flagship CPUs. It hits that perfect balance between power and value. It’s also been very reliable and efficient. I haven’t had any issues over the past two years—no instability, no overheating problems when paired with a good cooler, and overall just a very solid experience. Pros: • One of the best CPUs for gaming • Excellent price-to-performance value • Smooth, consistent performance in demanding games • Reliable over long-term use (2+ years) • Efficient and easy to keep cool Cons: • Not the absolute best for heavy productivity compared to higher-core CPUs Overall, if your main focus is gaming and you want a CPU that delivers top-tier performance without overspending, this is an easy recommendation. It’s compatible with all am5 motherboard ... show more

  • Outstanding gaming performance with excellent efficiency
Style: Processor
The Ryzen 9800X3D has been an excellent upgrade and delivers exactly what it’s known for—top-tier gaming performance. Frame times are extremely consistent, CPU bottlenecks are minimal, and it performs exceptionally well in CPU-heavy games. Despite the performance, power efficiency and thermals are very manageable compared to traditional high-end CPUs. With a decent cooler, temperatures stay under control even during long gaming sessions. Stability has been flawless with no crashes or issues. While this CPU is clearly optimized for gaming, it still handles everyday productivity and multitasking smoothly. Pairing it with a solid AM5 motherboard and fast DDR5 memory makes a noticeable difference. If gaming is your main priority, the 9800X3D is one of the best CPUs you can buy right now and is absolutely worth the investment. ... show more

  • Great CPU for a good price, excels at gaming.
Style: Processor
Built my first gaming PC in a few decades and decided to go with an AMD processor for the first time in my life. I've used Intel only since building my first PC in the mid 90's. Not saying I suddenly don't like Intel, but the price point and reviews of the X3D processors for gaming rigs really got my attention. I've been running this for about a year now and I'm very pleased with the performance at the price I paid. It's a CPU so if you've built a computer before you know you just carefully line it up in the socket and let it go, like the easiest install ever. I run it with a ThermalRight Grand Vision 360 AIO for cooling and my CPU temps sit pretty consistently under 45C during normal use, peaking around 67C while gaming (heavily modded Cyberpunk 2077 currently) most days. Under the heaviest loads I've put this through it has seen up to 72C. ... show more

  • AMD 9800x3d is an Awesome CPU
Style: Processor
The Best Gaming 8 core CPU for the money. Easy to install in my X870E motherboard. Thermals are ridiculously low at 54c. Multitasking is breeze with the 8 cores and extra large L3 cache. Buy it now if you can.

  • The absolute ceiling for gaming performance right now
Style: Processor
If you’re building a rig specifically to push high refresh rates in titles like Warzone or Valorant, this is the end of the road. I upgraded from an older Zen 4 chip, and the jump in 1% low framerates is actually more impressive than the peak FPS gains. Everything just feels "smoother" with zero stuttering during intense gunfights. It handles heat much better than the 7800X3D did, too. Even under a heavy load, the temperatures stay surprisingly manageable with a decent AIO. It’s a pricey investment, but if you want the best gaming CPU on the market, this is it. ... show more

  • Powerful AND cool, I guess you can have it all?
Style: Processor
This is a phenomenal processor. Games run smooth as butter, and it pairs really well with my 5080 and 240Hz monitor. This is my first AMD processor EVER, and I'm very pleased with how well it performs while keeping temps significantly cooler than the Intel processors I've used in the past.

  • Excellent performance, and a strong and reliable processor!
Style: Processor
If your priority is gaming performance, this CPU is simply in a league of its own. Frame times are insanely stable, 1% lows are noticeably better, and games that are typically CPU-bound (CS2, Warzone, Tarkov, Starfield, simulation games) run smoother than I’ve ever seen. Paired with a high-end GPU, it's unstoppable. Thermals are also excellent. With a decent air cooler or AIO, temps stay very manageable, and power efficiency is outstanding compared to competing high-end CPUs. No excessive heat, no wild power spikes. I upgraded to the Ryzen 7 9800X3D from a laptop running an Intel i3-7020U, and the difference is honestly hard to put into words. This isn’t just an upgrade—it’s a completely different universe! ... show more
