As much cooking as I have to do on a daily basis in the past for my family of 6, getting a pressure cooker was definitely a good investment. Beats the original Instant Pot liner that came with the one I purchased. The box stated ceramic liner. Poor quality ceramic liner. It started pitting at the bottom after the first use on the pressure cook and got worse after the second time I used it. Glad I purchased the stainless steel liner.
