4 out of 5…. * I only rate exceptional products 5 stars. * Solid construction. * Lightweight and easy to use. * Very versatile head unit. * Battery life is as expected. Great vacuum for a specific use. Came packaged in its own retail labeled box. Very nice and could easily be wrapped as a gift. All the parts were bagged and nothing was missing. This is a great cordless vacuum for very specific uses. If you have hardwood floors, or hard to reach stairs, or live in a small apartment this will do the trick perfectly. If you are trying to replace your main vacuum and are doing significant house work, look elsewhere. This is a light duty cordless vacuum. Picks up messes in the kitchen, gets behind the sofa, and is generally easy to use without hauling the big vacuum out. But it is unreasonable to expect to clean multiple carpeted bedrooms and living rooms. Doesn’t have the suction, or the capacity. However, we have been using it in addition to the house vacuum for smaller jobs and it is perfect. It is really solidly constructed with few plastic pieces. Nice sliding metal tube with solid buttons. The swiveling head works great and you can tell it has been engineered well. It has two speeds but I just use it on the high speed because the low speed seems useless. Great for getting in the nooks and crannies. Charging station mounts on the wall which makes it really easy to get to. Light enough to not be fatiguing and the kids can use it. Like the washable filters. This does not take a bag. We haven’t run it out of battery yet and it seems to last for what we need it for. 4 stars because, 1. Light duty vacuum. Don’t expect this to replace your household plug in version. Great for apartments or cleaning up kitchen messes. Great for the car! 2. Solid metal construction, and the plastic buttons work really well. Most vacuums are made of plastic, this has several metal pieces that slide together really well. I was impressed with the overall construction. 3. Really maneuverable vacuum head that works great. This particular head is much better than even larger more expensive brands I have used. Especially on hardwood floors. It was its maneuverability that caught my attention the most. It works great. 4. Easy to mount charging station that makes accessibility easy. We have ours in the garage and it’s easy to tell the kids to grab the vacuum to clean up a mess. So much easier that pulling out the big one. Have also used it to clean ceiling fans. This was a breeze. Great vacuum for doing what it is designed to do. Don’t expect it to replace your plug in if you live in a large home, just not powerful enough. For small messes, stairs and cars, you won’t be disappointed.

Update after using it for a few weeks: Pro: Good suckage across entire head, no hot/cold vacuum spots. Low power is very quiet. Light weight, well-balanced when using as a stick. Head is extremely flexible so it requires a firm control hand when pushing. Roller easily pops out for cleaning Trigger locks in 3 states with a touch - low power, high power, off Cons: Terrible charging set-up - you must plug the hand vac into a large plastic baseplate; then plug the baseplate into a standard plug charger. You either need to fasten it to a wall (I don't have the space, and it clashes with our decor) or snap on the plate and lean this into a corner. I do not know why they didn't offer a standard straight plug-to-device charger ? Wrong diagram to remove canister - remove handle first, then unscrew the canister. Trigger placement means you have to grab / push with an open hand to keep your index finger off the trigger, or you will inadvertently change the status. Recharge time from single bar to a full 3 is about 3 hours. Used on light shag full of cat hair, and did not notice much hair was removed until I checked canister ! It does a very nice job of pulling up embedded hair. The small footprint and manueverable head lets me go places I cannot reach with a full-size vacuum, or is too awkward with a clunky handheld. The crevice tool works well; I did not check the upholstery attachment. There is also an alternate soft roller. The suction is strong enough to pull in the edge of sheets and not let go. Summary: The best lightweight stick I've used.

Finally a vacuum to tackle all of those high places! I like how easily this snaps together to do whatever I need. I can attach the long arm and the small arm when I need to reach the corners of my 9’ ceilings, and use the small arm with the brush attachment when I want to clean the blinds. It is perfect for all of those small, but hard to reach jobs. I am happy with the battery life, considering the suction it is able to give the whole time, but I do wish it lasted longer on a single charge. Not being tethered to a wall by a cord makes using it much faster than if I used my standard vacuum so I can look past the “work” of recharging.
