Works fine. Used to read engine codes and abs system codes. Navigation is a little clunky, and for some reason needed a special button to get to abs codes that was not obvious, why not just have it on the "Main Menu"? like all the other options? I would have opted for the next model up to reset oil life, but they want alot of money for what amounts to sending 1 more command to the car.

My daughter’s nissan note didn’t pass inspection because of a bad O2 sensor. I replaced the sensor and the engine light went off. I drove around 100 miles. But the code was still in the computer. When I went back to reinspected the car. It didn’t pass again. The mechanic told me to drive it some more. I drove it 50 more miles and still didn’t pass. I watched a video on YouTube recommending this OB reader. I plugged it in and automatically saw 4 parts of the system weren’t ready to pass inspection. The video said that you can plug this reader in and drive the car until all the lights turn green. It worked with no problems. The lights went out and the car passed inspection. It took over 300 miles for the computer to reset. This reader saved me a few dollars. The mechanic said i would have to bring it in for diagnostics. Which would have costed me more money. They said it could be a exhaust leak or a bad catalyst converter. I read that some car computers could reset at 10 miles and some will reset at a higher mileage.

I would recommend this code reader. I bought it to reset ABS. It's pretty accurate. Paired with a phone app, it can give a lot of information. Sometimes, rarely, it will not allow navigation from a screen. Starting over seems to solve the issue.

Overall it's decent, It works, it's good for beginners there's just really not that many great features on it like some of the other ones. I feel like for the price, it should do more.
