Description
42" tall electric net with positive/negative (Pos/Neg) capability for high resistance fencing conditions, such as dry conditions, sandy and rocky soils or use with high resistance animals. Ideal for situations when there is too little moisture in the soil to properly ground the fence. The drivable posts (.75" dia.) are much stronger and stiffer than standard line posts and can be pounded in with a dead-blow hammer or mallet. Fence installs easily in hard/frozen soils as well as soft soils. Horizontals are white and black. Verticals are white plastic strings placed every 3". Fence takes approximately 10 minutes to set up. Much more highly conductive than other netting fences due to a tinned copper super conductor woven into the fence along with the stainless steel conductors. Only 35 ohms of resistance per 1,000', as compared to 380 ohms of resistance per 1,000' on a net fence with only stainless steel conductors. Just attach a fence energizer and it's ready to keep your animals in and their predators out. Important to perform routine vegetation maintenance to minimize grass/weed load on the fence and reduce energy drain. FENCE MUST BE PROPERLY ENERGIZED TO BE EFFECTIVE. Energizer is not included. Recommend approximately .25 joule of energizer per roll of fence. Use only low or wide impedance intermittent pulse energizers. Warning! Do NOT use continuous current energizers with electric netting. For optimum results, we recommend using a Solar or AC/DC energizer that fits your specific needs. Also recommend using non-conductive support posts at ends, corners and major directional changes. Keeps in poultry, sheep, goats, cattle and guard dogs and deters deer, bear, raccoons, rabbits, foxes, coyotes, stray dogs and skunks.
