This is my 3rd Inkbird product. I use this to keep my cured meats within a very tight temp range (unlike just using the thermostat on your fridge). This device failed to turn on the cooling receptacle after just over a year, and after helping me troubleshoot via email, Inkbird graciously offered to replace it for no cost, even though the warranty had expired. I thought that was awesome of them as a company. Regarding multiple users of the app: It took me a bit of investigating to confirm and perform, but the app does support multiple users of the same device. Once you download the InkBird app, Select the Home Management option and add a member by entering the member's email address. I was bummed when it stopped working the day after first plugging it in, but I contacted the manufacturer through their website and they sent out a replacement within a day of letting them know. This item is perfect if you need to maintain a very specific temperature. This is what it was designed to do. The wifi features are great. Very easy to monitor remotely. I purchased this for a chicken coop to turn on a heat lamp when below a certain temperature and to turn on a fan when above a different temperature. The configuration simply does not allow this. Works as expected, didn't come with any instructions though. The box was ripped open upon arrival. But so far it is working fine. I have it to cycle the exhaust fan in a computer cabinet. I may buy more of these later on to control both heating & cooling of other equipment.

Works great with fresh water only... Do not buy this product if you have salt water the metal corrodes. But it keeps track of my heating issues and turns on the cooler or heater when needed so you can buy cheaper heaters and coolers without sensors.

I’m very happy with this thermostat. I put it in my hog building and plugged fans into it. When it hits 80° they’ll kick on. I also have one for heat lamps I use for raising baby chicks. I would highly recommend this product.
