  • Works fantastic for the Value.
Pattern Name: Welding Machine
I am a toolmaker and I took this into work, me and a couple guys tried it out with some 5/32 7018 rod and it worked great. Be sure you’re 110 is 30 amp and not 20 A so you won’t blow fuses. I would highly recommend this for the money, especially if it’s gonna be something you just use every now and again. This worked excellent. I know when I need to weld something I’ll be able to grab this tool and use it. What a great value, it blows my mind that I can get something to stick weld for this price, there is also YouTube video on this welder, the guys weld and also do some tig weldin with it. Make sure you get 110/220 there is one that’s just 110. ... show more

  • It's so small!!!
Pattern Name: 135A Stick Welder with Lift TIG T...
I had/have a couple different welders. I just sold a wire/flux core welder (too much spatter) and still have an old 1958 Lincoln stick welder. My wire welder was the size of a small suitcase and my stick welder is very large and weighs over 200 lbs. THIS welder can do both stick and TIG and can fit in a shoebox! The stick welding between the two is on par (as one might expect) but now I can TIG weld. Man! What a difference! I'm completely self taught but I think this unit actually made learning TIG welding easier. At the very least, cheaper. People that make their living from welding could, and should, (rightfully) scoff at a unit like this but, beginners, hobbyists, and people like me, could and will benefit from using an affordable TIG/stick welder like this. ... show more

  • Much easier to use than old Century AC/DC buzz box that crapped out after 35 years.
Pattern Name: Welding Machine
Kinda short 7ft. leads hooked it up and started to weld. Anti-stick works well, hot-start is mild and short, arc-force works well, can really dig in if you want. Did not try 6010 but it claims compatibility right on front panel. 5/32 6011, 6013, 7018 easy with power to spare on 220, didn't test on 110. Probably won't last 35 years like old Century but neither will I. In the meantime a nice little welder with all the power most users will ever need. ... show more

  • Nice value portable welder.
Pattern Name: Welding Machine
"TOOLIOM 195A Stick Welder 110/220V Dual Voltage MMA Welder Digital Display IGBT Inverter Hot Start Arc Force Anti-Stick Welding Machine fits 5/32in. (4mm) Welding Rods" Got this welder for a little under $100 (sale & coupons). First time use this week repairing some steel railings. Wired a 3ph to 1ph electrical breakout box and plugged welder into 208Vac 30A circuit. Only had 6013 1/8" electrodes on hand for repair. First time this amateur/hobby welder has used 6013. I read many people don't like this electrode but it worked well for me on this repair. Main steel bars (2pcs) were 2-1/4" x 3/8" and uprights (6pcs) were 1-1/8" x 3/8". Ground 1/8" bevel each long face with 1/8" center landing. Welded both sides long faces for full penetration full thickness welds. Started with 100A setting and Electrode Positive. No good. Raised to 137Amps EP. Arc started but very easy to stick rod or blow out arc. Switched to 137Amps (on display) and Electrode Negative. WOW, MUCH Better! Easy arc start, good penetration, and surprisingly PRETTY WELDS! As usual for these low cost inverter welders the amperage display is NOT EXACTLY Amps. Most likely 137Amps on display is closer to 110A, but that's OK for this amateur/hobby welder. VERY HAPPY with the welder so far but "I" still need more practice with the 6013 rods. ... show more

  • Light and powerful!
Pattern Name: 135A
I have used this welder several times and it works perfectly. I had a friend try it, he is an expert welder and he was impressed with it. I then did some welding on my Vaw seats and two solid metal garden chairs. It was easy to weld even at 75 amps. I have been using a Harbor Freight flux wire welder for years now and I find this welder a nice addition to my tools. ... show more

This welder works as I expected first job I used it on, was to repair the blades on a double cut sheer and it worked amazing. I would definitely recommend this to anybody in the HVAC industry.
