This 2 Person Portable Infrared Steam Sauna is a total game changer for my wellness routine! I was looking for something that could give me the relaxation and detox benefits of a spa without leaving the house, and this sauna delivered. The setup was surprisingly easy for such a large unit. The XXXL sauna tent is spacious, I’m 5’7” and I can comfortably sit inside with my partner using the included folding chairs. It heats up quickly thanks to the dual 1300W steamers, and the adjustable steam levels make it easy to control the intensity. One of the best features is the 660nm red light therapy lamp. I’ve noticed a difference in my skin tone and overall energy since I started using it regularly. The materials feel sturdy and hold in the heat well without any weird smells, and the zippers are strong and smooth. When my wife and I first received this sauna, we were genuinely excited. It was easy to set up, looked great, and gave us a relaxing experience for the first few weeks. For the price, it felt like a great deal. Unfortunately, after just two months of daily use (roughly 20–30 minutes twice a day), the flaws started to become clear—and in some cases, dangerous. Here’s a detailed breakdown of the issues we experienced: Structural Problems: Rod Durability: The metal support rods started to rust within weeks, especially around areas exposed to moisture and steam. On top of that, several rods began to bend under the weight of the tent over time, making the frame feel unstable and saggy. Tent Fabric: The tent material began to stretch and sag, particularly around the roof area. It lost tension and made it harder to keep heat in. Zippers also started sticking and felt less durable with repeated use. Steamer Issues: Cracked Lid: One of the steamer lids cracked due to the heat, which compromised its ability to build and hold pressure properly. Burned Wiring: One of the steamers suddenly started to emit smoke. I disassembled it to investigate and discovered that a wire inside had burned completely through. This could’ve easily started a fire. I managed to repair it myself by soldering a new wire, but this should never happen in a properly manufactured product. Huge safety red flag. Red Light Functionality: The built-in red light panel appears to be purely cosmetic. It emits a soft glow, but it produces no noticeable heat or therapeutic benefits. It doesn’t even get warm. It may look nice, but don’t expect any actual red light therapy benefits from it. Overall Safety & Value: At this point, I no longer feel safe recommending this sauna to anyone. The combination of electrical failure, weak construction, and underperforming features makes it a poor long-term investment, even if the initial experience feels pleasant. Final Recommendation: If you’re considering this product for regular use, look elsewhere. I strongly recommend putting together a DIY sauna setup using a 4x4 grow tent and three inexpensive 1000W deep fryers. That combination generates better, more consistent heat, has fewer failure points, and can actually be safer when set up properly. This product had promise, but it simply doesn’t hold up under consistent use—and some of the issues could be outright dangerous.

Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this. We recently got a hot tub and my husband and I love the hot tub-sauna combo. This was easy to set up, we chose to put the sauna out back near the hot tub and up against the house. The sauna is spacious enough for 2 and comes with 2 folding chairs. The sauna heats up as advertised, definitely able to work up a sweat. The red light seems to be good quality, I love the sauna as a red light vessel, much easier/effective than a red light panel. Overall, a good buy.

Quite easy to assemble, sturdy with very nice fabric material as well. But I was under the impression that you could use this as either a steam sauna or a far infrared sauna. But in reality, you need to use both at the same time (steam and FIR) to get any type of heat. I opened the box, only to find a small 12” x 12” FIR (Far infrared panel) which is velcrod to the top of the sauna. I was under the impression that FIR panels would surround you, but this is not the case. I did not want a steam bath, but a dry FIR sauna. But giving it 4 stars as it does look like it would be a very nice steam sauna, just not what i was looking for.
