This portable sauna is just the right tool I needed for post-workout relaxation. I like to spend 10-15 minutes at around 120 degrees after a workout. I feel much more relaxed and muscle soreness has improved greatly. I keep this set up in my garage to avoid taking it down and putting it back together for use. Installation took 20-30 minutes for the frame and electric components. An easy process for one person to complete with the provided instructions. I find that the steel frame is very durable and doesn't feel flimsy or cheap. I avoided other saunas that used cheap plastic for their frames. It's advertised as warming up to temp in as little as 5-minutes, but I find that it takes at least 10 minutes to get up to 120 degrees, sometimes longer depending on external temps. Once it's up to temp it has no issues maintaining that as long as you have the opening secured. I do like to occasionally open the opening to allow some fresh air in. This is my first product with infrared therapy and I've not yet noticed the benefits of that. I did not buy this for those benefits, but it just happened to come with it. I'm happy with how this has worked out and plan to continue using this after my workouts. I find this much more tolerable to the silly ice bath trend.

Easy setup. Only took me 10 minutes. Doesn’t take up very much space. I tucked it in the corner of my living room. Very durable. And the value you get for the price is nice. It heats up fast and you will definitely sweet. I use it 5 days a week after my workouts. Great product.

This sauna is awesome! It is ideal for one person as it is comfortable yet practical for personal usage. The instructions were really simple, and it doesn’t require a lot of space inside my residence. After a steady usage, I feel I have many positive results – it’s great for cleansing and relaxing after long hours. Heat adjustments are very simple, and it takes hardly any time so you don’t have to sit around waiting. As a whole, this is a very good purchase for anyone who wants to use the sauna in the comfort of their homes without spending too much money.

This is a great home sauna for the price point. It was extremely easy to set up and we love the red lights. It also gets nice and hot but probably takes about 20 minutes to get to full temp and steam. As long as you don’t mind the 20 minute wait it works great. I also recommend using a camping chair as the one that is provided is rather small.

I wanted to love this so much and it’s so convenient but it doesn’t get hot enough to break a sweat. Put a thermometer in it and hottest it got was 95 degrees

This product was purchased for sore muscles. It has worked great! The set up was easy and the size of it allows you to set it up just about anywhere. The cost is very affordable. It gets up to temperature in about 15-20 minutes. It’s build really well.

Sauna was easy to set up and placed it in my garage as it does not take up much space. The sauna tent itself feels durable and well-made, and the steam machine is simple to use: just add water, set the timer and heat level, connect the tube, and you're good to go! Currently use the sauna two to three times per week with no issues.
