  • Surprisingly effective and efficient! Surprisingly effective and efficient!
Size: Steam + Red Light Therapy Panel
This Infrared Sauna Box actually worked better than I expected. Assembly: It does look a little intimidating when you’re pulling everything out of the box, but the instructions were very easy to follow and had illustrations/diagrams to show step by step set up. Once the structure is erected, it is quite a tight fit for the fabric cover, but just use caution when installing it, and do NOT use any excessive force. Everything fits tightly into place. The design is brilliant, and I genuinely appreciate that is can collapse down into such a small, storable footprint! Use: Following the instruction manual, it is very easy to use and operate. The quilted fabric is actually more effective than I thought it would be at trapping the heat inside. I’ve found that cleaning it once a week is sufficient. After my session, while it’s still warm, I wipe it down with a microfiber cloth and general cleaning solution and let it dry out before collapsing it down. The red light therapy is soothing, and the amount of steam produced is definitely sufficient. It runs relatively quietly (compared to what I was expecting) and did not cause any significant spike to my electricity consumption. Overall, I’ve found this to be an INCREDIBLE value for the price (under $200 currently)! I hope this lasts. Every day that I get to use it is another day that it pays for itself (over the membership price at my gym that includes sauna access). Definitely a 10 out of 10 product, so far!! ... show more

  • Sauna Sauna
Size: Steam + Red Light Therapy Panel
I love it. I feel refresh after I get out of it each time use it at least three times a week. It does not take up much room at all some days I folded in and some days I just clean it and leave it standing as is.

  • Great at home option!
Size: Steam + Red Light Therapy Panel
I decided to get this because I’m not a big fan of the sauna at my local gym and I also wanted something I could use after my workouts at home. This steam sauna is perfect for me! First off, the quality is really nice. The exterior cover is well made and doesn’t leak, and the internal skeleton is made with quality metal piping. It took about 25 minutes to install. I did have to figure out that the plastic tubing and cover for the steamer are on the inside of the unit. You have to unscrew the plastic grill and pry out the cover that exposes all the steamer accessories. Once I figured that out, everything else was pretty easy. I also like that you can collapse it down because the internal arms are flexible, so you can save floor space if you need to. Overall, this is a great option for anyone who works out at home or who enjoys a nice wet sauna. The steamer puts off just the right amount of steam without being too hot. I would highly recommend picking us up. ... show more

  • Entry level sauna, does the job but has some design flaws. Entry level sauna, does the job but has some design flaws.
Size: Steam + Red Light Therapy Panel
I may have jumped the gun ordering this sauna, because I wasn't sure where I wanted to set it up. Preferably in my bathroom but, after assembly, due to its size and lack of long cord it's probably gotta go in my garage. The cords that come with the red light and the steamer are fairly short. I had to run an extension cord even in my bathroom. I love sauna after a good workout, and have recently learned about the benefits of red light therapy. This unit provides both simultaneously as well as a steamer for added inflammation benefits! It seems to perform these functions perfectly. Now, as far as this specific unit is concerned...It is priced at entry level and should be considered that. It's relatively easy to assemble, took me about 30 minutes, and is designed for easy break down as long as you aren't breaking it down all the way. For example, I will be moving this to my garage soon and it will not be a problem at all. The first hiccup I ran into was the zipper. It slid right off the end when I was fitting the cover around the frame. This took me about 20 minutes to rectify with the help of a YT video. After the "fix" however, I did have to install a safety pin to prevent the zippers from sliding off the ends again. The fabric around the zipper was frayed/fraying which was disappointing. I've seen in the comments others have had issues with the zippers too. Another frustration is that the unit comes with a thermometer and a remote, neither of which includes a battery. You don't need either, but not including those batteries is a testament to the build quality. I'll put this in my garage and use it until it no longer works then upgrade afterward. I appreciate that this is an entry level sauna to help me decide if I want to upgrade later. ... show more

  • Nice home sauna
Size: Steam + Red Light Therapy Panel
This portable sauna box with red light panel is excellent. It's very comfortable to use, plenty of room inside with the included folding chair, and the heat feels relaxing without being overwhelming. It works well, heating up quickly with strong steam output and the added red/infrared light panel for extra wellness benefits. The whole thing folds down compactly, making it easy to transport and store between uses. Controls are straightforward and intuitive, so it's very easy to use. For the price, it's great value, a full-featured home sauna setup without the huge cost of a traditional unit. Highly recommend! ... show more

  • Nice sauna Nice sauna
Size: Steam + Red Light Therapy Panel
Awesome sauna. Assembly required. Thankfully, assembling the unit wasn't too terrible. Just make sure you're following the instructions on the orientation of the corner pieces and it should go smoothly. I'm not 100% certain if red light therapy works at all, but it's included with this sauna. There's also a small folding chair and a rubber-type pad for the bottom. There's a thermometer/hydrometer included but you'll need to supply your own LR44 battery if you want to use it. The chair they include is fairly small so you may want to use a more standard sized camping chair. It folds up pretty easily and there are straps to hold it folded up when not in use. It's advertised as being portable, but unless you have a truck or a sedan with seats that fold down, it's not very portable. If you're going to move it around your house, then sure, but if you wanted to take it to a friend or family's house, you'll probably want to disassemble it if you don't have a vehicle capable of moving it. It's not heavy at all, just tall. Using the steam generator is pretty simple and you can adjust the temperature as well. The sauna does a great job of holding in heat and steam. When you're done using it, leave the door open so the steam can evacuate and any condensation can dry up. This will help prevent mold and mildew from forming inside. It's pretty average as far as the value is concerned. I've seen similar for less and for more. ... show more

  • Feels Like a Personal Sauna… But Not Quite the Spa Experience You Expect
Size: Steam + Red Light Therapy Panel
The idea of having a portable sauna at home is incredibly appealing, and this unit definitely delivers on the basics—but it’s not without its limitations. Setup is fairly straightforward, and once it’s assembled, it does create a noticeable warming environment that can help you relax and sweat. The heating performance is decent. It warms up fairly quickly and reaches a comfortable temperature for short sessions. However, it doesn’t quite replicate the intensity or consistency of a traditional sauna, which might disappoint users expecting that full spa-level experience. The design is practical, but a bit bulky. While it’s technically portable, it’s not something you’ll want to constantly set up and take down. Once you find a place for it, it’s best to leave it there. The materials feel okay—not premium, but not flimsy either. One positive is how accessible it makes heat therapy. For quick relaxation sessions, muscle recovery, or just unwinding after a long day, it does the job without requiring a trip to a gym or spa. That said, the “deeplight red” feature feels more like a bonus than a standout benefit. It’s nice to have, but it doesn’t drastically change the experience. Overall, this is a solid entry-level option for home sauna use. Just go in with realistic expectations—it’s convenient and functional, but not a full replacement for a traditional sauna. ... show more

  • Sauna Box with Red Light Sauna Box with Red Light
Size: Steam + Red Light Therapy Panel
Update: tried to contact seller for replacement of just the enclosure due to the busted seam and broken strap to close the unit. It’s been several days and no one has contacted me. Buyer beware, if you purchase this item and have an issue outside the 30-day return window, you are pretty much on your own. Original: This sauna box is basically exactly as advertised. During assembly, I recommend you read a step or two ahead just so you do not have to redo steps. Otherwise, assembly was pretty easy. It is a sung fit. Unfortunately, a corner seam was ripped entirely though as I was dying to put the top on. I may be able to mend but not sure it wont just rip again. It may just be a tad too snug. Zipping it up was tight but definitely doable. You may find it helpful to pull on both sides of the zipper and maybe have a helper pull the fabrics together to help during the zipping. When inside the sauna, you a see the majority of the stitching holes and bits of light shining in. That leads me to believe that the outside is just a bit too small for its framework. I think it’s supposed to be a snug fit but not so much that it puts pressure on the seams. The rest functions exactly as expected, but I would say that it folds flat is a bit of a stretch. It is still about 10” or so once folded. The chair looks comically small, like a child’s chair, but it’s comfortable to sit in and doesn’t feel small once in it. I like that you can choose to use either the red light, humidifier, or both. The humidifier has a remote but it doesn’t not work inside the unit. I set it outside the enclosure and stick my hand out to change settings if needed. You do have to point the remote directly at the humidifier, without any interference in between, for it to work. It will beep though so you will know if the remote change was recognized by the unit. Overall, I think it’s a decent unit and a good entry unit to see if a home steam sauna is for you. I would just recommend to be highly, highly careful during assembly and especially around the corners. Maybe even fold the unit ever so slightly to easily get the corners on the cover inside and then expand. Had I tried that instead, I may have been able to avoid a significantly ripped seam and frustrated that I have a busted product even before I have an chance to use it. ... show more
