I did a little bit of research before buying one I was looking at one that costs over $600 and after doing my research I went with this one not disappointed at all!! The slits on it for the arms are great!! The heat is amazing and the thermal blankets that come with it helped me sweat so much !! I usually do it at night I lay on my bed and get in my sauna blanket and put on headphones and just relax I sweat so much !! Great price and does the same as other expensive ones if not better !!

I would use it before going to bed. Lay the infrared sauna blanket flat on the bed, plug it in, and lay on it with a very cozy feeling, like being wrapped in warm sunshine. , I would wake up the next morning feeling energized.
