My sister and niece told me to get this sauna bag. I am a cancer ♋️ survivor but the chemo left me with severe neurological problems and nerve damage. The sauna bag has helped with my sciatica pain. My acupuncturist doctor recommended getting in it two times a week to help with my circulation and to remove toxins from my body. I don’t know if it helps with my nerve damage to my limbs, feet and hands, but it does eliminate the pain in my lower back and side. It is very easy to set up and to put back in the convenient bag that comes with it. It’s the size of a sleeping bag. Best way I can describe it. The bag heats up to 158 and it definitely gets warm down in your bones. I get in it for an hour. The first 30 to 45 minutes I think it’s not working, but before the hour is over I’m drenched in sweat 😓. And like I said, my back feels good. I open the bag on top of my bed and either play calming music 🎶 or I watch television. It’s very relaxing. I get in naked. The instructions recommended getting in the bag in the buff, or with thin cotton clothing. No nylon, spandex, or other synthetic materials. I do use towels to absorb the sweat. And you will need a towel under your head. When I say you sweat, it’s not little perspiration, you are completely drenched from head to toe. I would recommend purchasing it.

This product is lovely! I just received it and I used it twice. It warms up nicely and feels great! On the other hand, I would not say that it heats up enough to cause a sweat. I’m pretty warm natured in general. I’ll see what happens when it’s warmer outside but for now it gets a good review for the warmth and relaxation, but not a great sweat for purification purposes.

I chose this blanket as a different brand from my previous one. This one’s maximum heat says 158° I don't believe that it gets that hot. The blanket barely feels like it’s heated to 100°. I had used the 158° setting on my previous blanket 3-4x per week and I know what it feels like. It would also cause me to sweat after about 20 minutes. This blanket did not even make me sweat or feel hot after being in it for 45 minutes. I'm super disappointed. I'll be going back to the old brand.

This is an amazing invention! It does everything it advertises and is fairly comfortable because there’s some sort of puffy padding inside the part you lay on. It is very well made with thick materials and zipper pulls that can be accessed from the inside or outside because they flip around. The in-line controller is easy to set the temperature and timer. I felt the majority of the heating elements only run down the width of your body and not the full width of the bag, so when I laid my arms inside the bag, I did not feel like my arms were touching an element. There is one element in the side seems, but my arms rested in a gap between the side seam and the center body elements. And with the two zippered arm slits and all the listing pictures showing your arms outside the bag, I feel like this bag is not meant to treat your arms at all. I’m blown away that the instructions say this whole bag can be put in a washing machine! You just have to unplug the cord first. The bag folded up rather easily to fit inside the provided carrying bag. I really appreciate that they made it easy and compact to store.
