Works amazing. If you're 6ft or taller get this one. It goes all the way up to my neck and still very roomy inside. It says the heat gets up to 175* and I can see that as you will sweat a lot. Easy to set up and great value!

The media could not be loaded. It works great but it does have EMF radiation in it. It claim it's EMF protected but it's not. Wear something that protects you from EMF radiation while you are in this sauna sleeping bag.

So I had a cheaper sauna blanket, that worked great, heated up fast, sweat dripping down my forehead, very comfortable till it burned out after 2 years. So I thought I'd take a step up and invest in this blanket, the first use felt like it took forever to heat up, so I was a little disappointed, my second use again took a while to heat up, but now the display/temperature unit is making a annoying clicking noise the whole time,so I'm concerned there's something electrical going on. Then found burn marks on my back. Which has me very concerned that the elements are getting too hot. I had not this problem with my first blanket. Not sure about returning this because it could be a manufacturer's issue or a design issue... Anyway I'm not happy.

The blanket heats up pretty quickly and gets warm enough to make you sweat without feeling uncomfortable. It helps a lot with tension and soreness, and I’ve been sleeping better after using it. It’s easy to use, easy to clean, and doesn’t take up much space when you put it away. Overall, I’m glad I got it the blanket seems to be of good quality.

WOW AMAZING I no longer have to push my body to sweat i turn this all the way up to 60 mins cover all my skin head to toe. Get in this and man I have buckets of water come off my body . I used to go to Florida a d do 1 hour walks in the heat to get sweaty and this takes the cake better than the tropics . All I have to do is lay their! Thank u Jesus for pointing me to get this. I have fybromalga and bone pain so I hold lots of water abd swell up. Not anymore ! Im dreached after 1 bour and it relaxes my muscles and its portable. !!!!!!!!
