I just received this today and used it right away. It heats up pretty quick. The quality feels nice, well-made and durable. The cushioning/insulation is substantial. The zippers are decent and can be used from the inside or outside like a sleeping bag. I placed it on a bed and just wore a cotton terry bathrobe. I initially set it for 20 min at 176° and ended up extending it another 20 min because it was so nice, relaxing and enjoyable. By the end, my bathrobe definitely was damp with sweat. I look forward to using this every evening and hope it lasts.

They're really easy to get the hang of, letting me adjust the heat from 113-176℉ without any hassle, depending on how chilly it is that evening or how much I feel like unwinding. The timer option is practical too, with settings from 30 to 60 minutes so I can just chill without keeping an eye on the clock. It's pretty spacious at 6 ft long, enough room to stretch out, yet it doesn't take up too much space when I store it away. The warmth is just lovely, not just for relaxation but it’s supposed to be good for detoxing too. I like this sauna blanket its comes nicely packaged in a portable bag. The blanket was of good quality then I was anticipating. It is very durable, easy to set up, use and clean. You will need to wear clothes and socks and recommend laying down a towel as well. It gets hot. It goes up to 80 degrees and I had it at 68. I was able to tolerate the 60 minutes but could not imagine increasing the temp until my body adjusts to this first. It was warm and snuggly but the longer I was in, the more the sweat started to pour. I hydrated with cool water after and took a cool shower. Loved it and can't wait to incorporate this multiple times during the week
