We ordered this and it wasn't a cheap buy. We purchased it for our spa. Shipping was fast however once we received all the parts and started to put everything together there was a lot of damage to it. The ceiling had holes in like someone stepped on it and it was cracked in several areas. Some of the wood panels had cracks and the floor (underneath) was cracked. The directions to put it together were not very understandable. The panel to higher and lower the temperature will not work once the sauna is heated, like it gets over heated. Bluetooth is very sketchy on it. We informed the seller and was promised a new heating panel in 3-months as the heating panel looked like it had been burnt. It's almost been a year and we have received anything back. We were also told we would receive a credit for all the damages but that never happened either!

I am so impressed with this unit. I have had it about a year, and I use it almost it every day. The health benefits are amazing as well as a way to decompress. The speakers are great, the lighting is awesome. All around.... This sauna is amazing. I am happy I got it.

I love the look and functionality of the unit. The sound is great, too! The salt blocks really set it apart from other saunas I was considering. My only complaint is the directions on assembling could be vastly improved. There was a lot of guess work and long hours that could be avoided. But, I am still very happy with this purchase. It will definitely be used frequently.

Not easy to put together, instructions are not good. Takes a LONG time to heat up. Takes 45 mins to get to 140 degrees F. My previous sauna only took 15 mins max to get to the same temperature so it is using a lot of wasted electricity. Very disappointed that it must be on for well over an hour to heat and use. Reviews said 15-20 mins, but that would only be at 90-95 degrees F.

Probably used total of 10 times. Bought in January 2024. The power supply went out and no where to get replacement parts. Nice unit if they could build quality unit with parts available at decent cost.

Pending response on a replacement door. The hinges and prefab holes are different measurements. Sauna heats and all other parts work without issue. Pay attention to the needed 220v plug.
