The media could not be loaded. I ordered this sauna because it is a great price compared to similar saunas. Also love that it plugs in to a regular outlet and has not tripped my breaker. Also I needed a sauna that reached 150° and this one hits that with about 25 minutes pre-warm before I get in. It’s very spacious for one person but a small couple could also fit in comfortably. It came packaged perfectly and I put it together by myself. The instructions could be made more clear and include more details. I ended up with a lot of leftover screws : / but everything works fine. It looks great in our master bedroom. I love it! I would recommend this sauna to anyone looking for one. I’m not sure what I’m looking at in my EMF readings so I’ll let you all be the judge by looking at my video.

I really like this purchase. I'll give you the good and the bad. First, it arrives in a few very heavy containers, so be prepared to have three men and a boy standing by to help you get it to your preferred location. In my case, that was getting it to my basement. Once in the assembly location, I opened all of the packages and took a little time to read the directions, identify the parts, etc. From that, I got a bit if an idea of what was what and noticed that one of the infrared tubes was broken. Bummer, more to follow on that later. After reading everything, the assembly was fairly straightforward. There were one or two places where the instructions were not clear and I had to figure it out but nothing to get in a twist over. All the parts went together fairly well and the sauna was functional...except for the one tube that was broken. Turns out it was the one for the heater behind the legs. To the company's credit, they had a replacement out to me fairly quickly...which arrived broken. I contacted them again and they sent another one...which also arrived broken. We went through that two more times before I finally received a tube I could use. To their credit, they did not give up until we got right, so kudos for that. Funtionality wise, the sauna gets up to decent heat (120F) after about 15 minutes or so. I've had it get up to about 140 or so but to me that's almost overkill. It's not quite like a commercial sauna, but for something that you are using in your house, it's pretty good. It looks nice where we have it in the basement right outside the gym and we seem to use it pretty regularly. 4 stars from me.

Probably used total of 10 times. Bought in January 2024. The power supply went out and no where to get replacement parts. Nice unit if they could build quality unit with parts available at decent cost.

Had a few issues with freight and instructions regarding 110 or 220volts. The seller was very responsive and didn’t make excuses. The instruction were wrong and they sent me new ones. Only writing because the sauna is really nice and the quality and performance is really good. Had a few issues, but well worth the issues for the final product. Very satisfied with the sauna. Giving it 5 stars due to the quality and performance.

Its a great sauna for the money. We have used it about 20 times so far and everything works perfectly. Heats up super fast and holds in the heat very well. they do need to work on the instructions. better photos and larger print would help. it was packed on a pallet and packed very well. no damage.

The media could not be loaded. Amazing Sauna! Pros: 1) It's a beautiful Sauna. I receive many compliments, and visitors are blown away. 2) The performance of the sauna is great. I've only taken it up to 130; needless to say, it works. 3) Internal speakers. I didn't plan on using these, but after testing them out, they work well, and the sound is pretty good. Podcast, Music, whatever, it's a little party in there. Worth noting: 1) The sauna is heavy. 433lbs in 3 boxes on a crate. I did it alone. If you're strong, you can muscle it. I moved it from the driveway to the garage (for shade). Opened each box and then transported the pieces individually to the basement. Once disassembled, each piece was easy to handle. The roof and the glass pieces were the heaviest. Would recommend another person to help, but it can be done solo. 2) This baby uses a lot of juice - about 1400w-1500w. I use a smart plug to measure power that auto turns off at 16A. In my case (or if you find it trips your breaker) - you can turn on the sauna and then turn on each IR lamp one at a time. This prevents the amps from spiking all at once. 3) You'll need a good drill/driver to get the screws through the wood. My little philips driver was stripped down from the torque of screwing into wood. Went to home depot and got a fancy $3 impact-rated driver bit and had no issues. 4) The bench seat can lift up if you're right on the edge. I used an extra screw to prevent the seat board from lifting by screwing it in against the back board (hidden under/below the back support) so that if the seat does try to lift it hits the screw. 5) I switched the door handle around so that I could have the phone/table mount on the inside of the sauna. Cons: 1) They initially sent the wrong door. However, after speaking with their customer service, they sent a new door, and I got it a week later. 2) The directions are not the best; you can figure it out, but you'll be a little confused 3) One of the wooden pieces arrived broken. I was able to screw it together and it's not noticable. I'm sure their customer service would have replaced it if asked. If it wasn't for the cons I would give this sauna 5 star rating.
