The media could not be loaded. I ordered this sauna because it is a great price compared to similar saunas. Also love that it plugs in to a regular outlet and has not tripped my breaker. Also I needed a sauna that reached 150° and this one hits that with about 25 minutes pre-warm before I get in. It’s very spacious for one person but a small couple could also fit in comfortably. It came packaged perfectly and I put it together by myself. The instructions could be made more clear and include more details. I ended up with a lot of leftover screws : / but everything works fine. It looks great in our master bedroom. I love it! I would recommend this sauna to anyone looking for one. I’m not sure what I’m looking at in my EMF readings so I’ll let you all be the judge by looking at my video.

I really like this purchase. I'll give you the good and the bad. First, it arrives in a few very heavy containers, so be prepared to have three men and a boy standing by to help you get it to your preferred location. In my case, that was getting it to my basement. Once in the assembly location, I opened all of the packages and took a little time to read the directions, identify the parts, etc. From that, I got a bit if an idea of what was what and noticed that one of the infrared tubes was broken. Bummer, more to follow on that later. After reading everything, the assembly was fairly straightforward. There were one or two places where the instructions were not clear and I had to figure it out but nothing to get in a twist over. All the parts went together fairly well and the sauna was functional...except for the one tube that was broken. Turns out it was the one for the heater behind the legs. To the company's credit, they had a replacement out to me fairly quickly...which arrived broken. I contacted them again and they sent another one...which also arrived broken. We went through that two more times before I finally received a tube I could use. To their credit, they did not give up until we got right, so kudos for that. Funtionality wise, the sauna gets up to decent heat (120F) after about 15 minutes or so. I've had it get up to about 140 or so but to me that's almost overkill. It's not quite like a commercial sauna, but for something that you are using in your house, it's pretty good. It looks nice where we have it in the basement right outside the gym and we seem to use it pretty regularly. 4 stars from me.

We ordered this and it wasn't a cheap buy. We purchased it for our spa. Shipping was fast however once we received all the parts and started to put everything together there was a lot of damage to it. The ceiling had holes in like someone stepped on it and it was cracked in several areas. Some of the wood panels had cracks and the floor (underneath) was cracked. The directions to put it together were not very understandable. The panel to higher and lower the temperature will not work once the sauna is heated, like it gets over heated. Bluetooth is very sketchy on it. We informed the seller and was promised a new heating panel in 3-months as the heating panel looked like it had been burnt. It's almost been a year and we have received anything back. We were also told we would receive a credit for all the damages but that never happened either!

I love this sauna! It is perfect right after a hard workout. I love this seller even more! I ended up moving a couple of months after buying this and one of the glass panels got broken in the move. I contacted the seller to try and purchase a replacement panel and they sent me one for free! It is rare these days to have such a great experience of someone standing behind their product.

Had a few issues with freight and instructions regarding 110 or 220volts. The seller was very responsive and didn’t make excuses. The instruction were wrong and they sent me new ones. Only writing because the sauna is really nice and the quality and performance is really good. Had a few issues, but well worth the issues for the final product. Very satisfied with the sauna. Giving it 5 stars due to the quality and performance.
