Its a great sauna for the money. We have used it about 20 times so far and everything works perfectly. Heats up super fast and holds in the heat very well. they do need to work on the instructions. better photos and larger print would help. it was packed on a pallet and packed very well. no damage.

I really like this purchase. I'll give you the good and the bad. First, it arrives in a few very heavy containers, so be prepared to have three men and a boy standing by to help you get it to your preferred location. In my case, that was getting it to my basement. Once in the assembly location, I opened all of the packages and took a little time to read the directions, identify the parts, etc. From that, I got a bit if an idea of what was what and noticed that one of the infrared tubes was broken. Bummer, more to follow on that later. After reading everything, the assembly was fairly straightforward. There were one or two places where the instructions were not clear and I had to figure it out but nothing to get in a twist over. All the parts went together fairly well and the sauna was functional...except for the one tube that was broken. Turns out it was the one for the heater behind the legs. To the company's credit, they had a replacement out to me fairly quickly...which arrived broken. I contacted them again and they sent another one...which also arrived broken. We went through that two more times before I finally received a tube I could use. To their credit, they did not give up until we got right, so kudos for that. Funtionality wise, the sauna gets up to decent heat (120F) after about 15 minutes or so. I've had it get up to about 140 or so but to me that's almost overkill. It's not quite like a commercial sauna, but for something that you are using in your house, it's pretty good. It looks nice where we have it in the basement right outside the gym and we seem to use it pretty regularly. 4 stars from me.

I love this sauna! It is perfect right after a hard workout. I love this seller even more! I ended up moving a couple of months after buying this and one of the glass panels got broken in the move. I contacted the seller to try and purchase a replacement panel and they sent me one for free! It is rare these days to have such a great experience of someone standing behind their product.

Does not last long, stopped working just a couple months of having it, reset it and it started working again. Only to go out again just after the year warranty. And will not turn on. Seller was unwilling to help. They don’t even have an option to buy replacement parts. Not worth the money STAY AWAY! Save up and get something nicer that Amazon sells. Do not buy from this third party seller. JUNK PRODUCT! Would give them a zero star rating if I could.

I ordered this sauna because it is a great price compared to similar saunas. Also love that it plugs in to a regular outlet and has not tripped my breaker. Also I needed a sauna that reached 150° and this one hits that with about 25 minutes pre-warm before I get in. It’s very spacious for one person but a small couple could also fit in comfortably. It came packaged perfectly and I put it together by myself. The instructions could be made more clear and include more details. I ended up with a lot of leftover screws : / but everything works fine. It looks great in our master bedroom. I love it! I would recommend this sauna to anyone looking for one. I’m not sure what I’m looking at in my EMF readings so I’ll let you all be the judge by looking at my video.

Amazing Sauna! Pros: 1) It's a beautiful Sauna. I receive many compliments, and visitors are blown away. 2) The performance of the sauna is great. I've only taken it up to 130; needless to say, it works. 3) Internal speakers. I didn't plan on using these, but after testing them out, they work well, and the sound is pretty good. Podcast, Music, whatever, it's a little party in there. Worth noting: 1) The sauna is heavy. 433lbs in 3 boxes on a crate. I did it alone. If you're strong, you can muscle it. I moved it from the driveway to the garage (for shade). Opened each box and then transported the pieces individually to the basement. Once disassembled, each piece was easy to handle. The roof and the glass pieces were the heaviest. Would recommend another person to help, but it can be done solo. 2) This baby uses a lot of juice - about 1400w-1500w. I use a smart plug to measure power that auto turns off at 16A. In my case (or if you find it trips your breaker) - you can turn on the sauna and then turn on each IR lamp one at a time. This prevents the amps from spiking all at once. 3) You'll need a good drill/driver to get the screws through the wood. My little philips driver was stripped down from the torque of screwing into wood. Went to home depot and got a fancy $3 impact-rated driver bit and had no issues. 4) The bench seat can lift up if you're right on the edge. I used an extra screw to prevent the seat board from lifting by screwing it in against the back board (hidden under/below the back support) so that if the seat does try to lift it hits the screw. 5) I switched the door handle around so that I could have the phone/table mount on the inside of the sauna. Cons: 1) They initially sent the wrong door. However, after speaking with their customer service, they sent a new door, and I got it a week later. 2) The directions are not the best; you can figure it out, but you'll be a little confused 3) One of the wooden pieces arrived broken. I was able to screw it together and it's not noticable. I'm sure their customer service would have replaced it if asked. If it wasn't for the cons I would give this sauna 5 star rating.

The sauna arrived in 3 boxes on a palate. The wood inside was broken in 3 places (not due to shipping but very clearly due to poor construction during the assembly process the screws on one piece pulled the wood away from the back piece. One carbon tube was shattered, the company sent a second which was also shattered (the packaging was clearly poorly done) the third one finally was intact, my husband had to hard wire the tube into the sauna you can’t just plug it in. The two side heating panels that connect to the glass had completely different wiring connectors than the wires they were supposed to plug into on the bottom. The whole thing isn’t square the door does not align straight on the top and bottom there are gaps. There’s also gaps in between the glass panels, again where things aren’t square. The weather stripping isn’t the exact right size so again leaves minor gaps. The company was prompt and communicative (which was with a non-native English speaker, and sometimes challenging due to broken English) but they did resolve the major issues and refunded me $300 of the $1800 (not including shipping) for our troubles. This took over a month of back and forth messaging before we got it working. Also the instructions were not clear. If my husband wasn’t handy/intelligent/ and had tools this would have been way worse and the average person would have had to hire someone. After all the issues the sauna works and I do love it. It gets hot (140s) after atleast an hour-hour and half heat up (during winter - it’s on my back screened in sunroom deck - 20-30 degrees). If I would have paid double this for a higher quality product I’m sure I wouldn’t have had all the issues. Two person assembly is a must. While you don’t need a dedicated circuit, I did have it heating up while also making a cappuccino on my espresso machine yesterday and blew the gfi/tripped a breaker. So make your coffee before you turn it on or get a dedicated circuit/outlet. But you get what you pay, we’ll see how long she lasts, fingers crossed.

I just love this sauna, so many heaters, I love the light therapy I keep it on mixed so it changes to 7 colors, I connect my phone with Bluetooth to speakers play relaxing sounds I feel like I’m in a spa You feel so relaxed be prepared to sweat 30 min is. The most I can last so far and I come out drenched Lay a towel on the seat, you can take all your close off put them back on before u get out so u don’t drip and jump in the shower Comes with oxygenizer, I just love it, while you worm it up put oxygenizer on the red light it will clean air, then switch it to green while ur in the sauna for fresh breathable air I live sauna on for 15-20 min after I get out and put oxygenizer back on red to dry and cleanse the sauna Best purchase, read instructions and watch video take ur time and you will put together in 2 hours or so and I think it looks great
