Zero stars. Do NOT buy this item from this company. I have had it for less than 3 1/2 months and it has already quit working. Since it's a third party seller (something I didn't realize when I ordered it from Amazon) it is not covered by Amazon. The seller refuses to repair or replace or return it once it's been delivered. It's definitely too expensive of an item to have absolutely no support or warranty. I'm extremely disappointed and out alot of money. Please take this to heart before making this purchase.

The set up was easy. The water heated up quickly. The jets work nice. Feels great after a long day. Water stays hot. Easy to get in and out of. So far I like everything about it.

Not even 1 star! Heater stopped working Not good Useless

it looked very nice and set up quickly, but after one hour I found out I have a really super slow air leak and in about 3 hours it loses all the air, I spent the week spraying soapy water looking for the air leak to patch it, but I havent found the leak yet, because of my work schedule with the airlines, I filled it up to the max line and the water holds the shape OK so even with the tub not inflated it still holds the water OK, it inflates quickly in about 3 minutes, the heater system is very slow and I havent being able to heated up past 90 degrees yet, I need to find the super slow leack first, I threw the box out, and then I think I will be happy once the air stays in the tub.

I recently purchased this hot tub, and overall, it’s a good product. The setup was straightforward, and I found it to be very comfortable, thanks to the foam padding underneath. However, there are a couple of things you should be aware of before purchasing. First, the heating time is quite long. I received the hot tub on a Thursday and set it up on Friday. I filled it to the max level in the morning, with the starting water temperature at 70°F at 8 A.M. When I checked back at 8 P.M., it had only reached 90°F. It wasn’t until midnight that it finally reached 102°F. So, if you’re expecting a quick heat-up time, be prepared for some patience. Another design issue I noticed is the placement of the drain. It’s located right under the heater and is friction-fit, which means that if you accidentally bump it, it can come loose, causing water to start leaking. This could be a potential inconvenience, especially if you’re using the hot tub frequently. Despite these drawbacks, I still find the hot tub to be comfortable and enjoyable once it reaches the desired temperature. If you don’t mind the wait time for heating and are cautious about the drain placement, this could be a great addition to your home.
