What a fantastic purchase! This hot tub is relatively quick and easy to set up. I did it by myself in about an hour! I set it up on our back deck. I love that the heating mechanism is contained within the walls of the tub rather than taking up a ton of extra space like other inflatables on Amazon, because I had a small area to work with. The control pad is large, backlit, simple and attractive. The jets are way more powerful than I expected- almost better than a ‘real’ hot tub in that bubbles are coming out from a rim around the bottom of the tub so you feel like your whole body is getting a massage no matter where you sit, rather than just a couple jets here and there. It’s roomy enough for me to sprawl out (I’m 5’1”) by myself like a starfish or for me and my boyfriend to sit in there together. I’m sure you could have another adult or two in there but it would be a bit tight. It comes with a light, easy to attach thermal cover as well as a mat to step out on, a cup holder that attaches to the side, and a large canvas bag to store everything in. The instruction manual is pretty easy to follow. You have to buy some chemicals separately. I also bought a large felt hot tub mat to place it on to help retain heat, two pillows, an extra cup holder/ipad stand, and LED lights to go in the water. I got this item on sale for under $400 and got a $20 rebate because it was several days late to arrive. This has been totally worth it and one of my favorite Amazon purchases to date. I look forward to spending many nights soaking in this tub after a 12 hour shift at my clinic. It’s so relaxing! Note in the second picture I had not properly adjusted the straps holding the cover on. It fits much more snugly now and doesn’t sink in, so no water accumulation.

The media could not be loaded. Hot tub leaks when water is at the min fill line and when the filter is turned on! After filling it once and it leaked, I emptied the tub and made sure everything was tight and refilled it and started leaking AGAIN! No way can I return it in the original package!

Holds air but not water. Was hopeful for a relaxing soak but received a reboxed "new" tub. Defective out of the box filter pump system leaks and there is no way to fix. Buyer beware hard product to ship back for refund.

Easy to set up and fits 2 people easily. Love it. With additional float lid and full cover I got keeps heated for days after I turn it off in 22 degree weather. Will re evaluate after a few months but so far great product
