The media could not be loaded. Hot tub leaks when water is at the min fill line and when the filter is turned on! After filling it once and it leaked, I emptied the tub and made sure everything was tight and refilled it and started leaking AGAIN! No way can I return it in the original package!

Holds air but not water. Was hopeful for a relaxing soak but received a reboxed "new" tub. Defective out of the box filter pump system leaks and there is no way to fix. Buyer beware hard product to ship back for refund.

my wife purchased the 4-6 person hot tub the only reason it's not 5 star is because I had an issue that was under warranty there is only one phone number for customer service usually it rings and rings and rings and goes to voicemail that seems like it could be a cell phone so about 10 days prior to my warranty being expired I had called so that I could get a replacement part I left multiple messages I was able to get a hold of a woman on the phone twice she didn't do it she said she was going to do but finally after emailing the people and explaining the situation after my warranty now during this time had been passed I emailed the customer service number somebody eventually got back to me to make a long story short they made it right cover to warranty they honored the warranty they sent me the replacement part I give it 4.5 out of 5 stars and the only reason it doesn't get five stars is just cuz it was tough to get a hold of customer service to get a warranty part replaced other than that once I finally wasn't able to get in contact with customer service the people I finally was able to deal with in the email they get five star service other than that the hot tub is great it's fun it's comfortable it heats up well and it's perfect for the price

Reviewed in the United States on October 24, 2025 by I bought them a year ago noticed the bottom of the insert got damp so exchanged them thinking it was a defect but same problem don't get me wrong there great for the price but do get damp in the snow or rain not soaked but damp which is still upsetting for "waterproof"
