Spa is a great size. It’s larger than I thought it would be. It was pretty easy to set up. It’s a great spa for the money. However I only gave it three stars because we have to blow it up every three days due to a leak in the valve. If it wasn’t so heavy I would have returned it for a new one.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Wish I could put zero stars. Water is leaking out of the drain. No seals for it. The inner plug doesn’t seal. The outer plug is plastic on plastic. Can’t even use a garden hose ply to seal it up as it’s a different size. What a waste of money. I’ll be lucky if I get a few months use of this product. Should have bought the Coleman brand. Photo included to show extend of leak. Don’t waste your money!!! I repeat do not waste your money!!

NOT IMPRESSED! I took a chance with this product and chose it because of its size, number of jets, and description of the product. I registered it first thing they provided a QR code to scan and extend your warranty. I was so excited to put it together and getting my first use. Needless to it didn't go as planned. Installation was easy and it felt like it was definitely heavy-duty material it was made out of. However, it took several days for it to heat to 85 degrees and that's as hot as it got. When I called customer service I was first told I could send the item back, my question was how am I going to do that when I have already filled it up. Customer service acted a little surprised when I said I had filled it up, but how exactly was I going to know it didn't heat if I hadn't filled it up. I was then asked to send a short video showing I knew how to use the hot tube filter and that it was covered up. I have kept it covered the whole time, and it has been 90+ degrees outside, so that was not the issue. I sent a video and then was asked to clarify what I meant by it not heating. I honestly understand sending proof that the product is not working like it is supposed to but, I am also frustrated I spent 500+ and haven't got to get in it yet! Now it seems like the air is slowly leaking out and it is looking crooked. I am usually not a picky person and give everything a chance but obviously this was not a chance I should have taken. Hopefully customer service will fix the issue, and I can recant the product once I am able to use it!

Easy to setup. Larger in size, can fit 6 people comfortably. It does take a long time to heat up. I turn the heat button on at 6am and did not reach 85 until around 3pm The only thing I would say negative is when you order this item make sure you check your email, that is where they send the directions on how to use it. It does not come in the box

Got it here at the house set it up but the heating element never worked then when I try to get a refund they wanted me to do a video and all kinds of stuff so if they could review it to decide whether they were going to give me a refund.
