Do not buy At first loved it the past month it has been acting up. You press the button for heat it would do error button then it would start working, press the button for bubbles it would work the first time then you have to wait around 10 to 15 minutes to have the bubbles a second time. Then this past month it stop keeping heat would go out check it is 50 degrees. Decided to unplug it did some research even changed the gfi. Refilled it plugged back in still at 50 degrees. We purchased this Oct 21, 2025. Amazon return policy is just out of reach of having it in the 90 day time frame. The issues started end of November was trying to use it for Thanksgiving. I have owned these in the past not this brand the ones in the past usually lasted a year one even lasted a year and half. This one not even three months. It is usually an inexpensive way to unwind without the high end cost of the spa that in return have maintenance issues as well but a whole lot easier solutions when it stops working.

Well it Did what it stated ,,,however what it also does is Run 24/7 hours a day and my electric bill tripled in one month also 2 person is about it for the 2-4 person size i ordered, It did heat the water buy runs and heats alllll day and night long. and the mandatory changing of small filters is costly.... o for a few hundred bucks for staying at a cottage for a few days it's ok . but not really for normal hut tub consistent device .save your money and buy/invest in a real Hot tub

my wife purchased the 4-6 person hot tub the only reason it's not 5 star is because I had an issue that was under warranty there is only one phone number for customer service usually it rings and rings and rings and goes to voicemail that seems like it could be a cell phone so about 10 days prior to my warranty being expired I had called so that I could get a replacement part I left multiple messages I was able to get a hold of a woman on the phone twice she didn't do it she said she was going to do but finally after emailing the people and explaining the situation after my warranty now during this time had been passed I emailed the customer service number somebody eventually got back to me to make a long story short they made it right cover to warranty they honored the warranty they sent me the replacement part I give it 4.5 out of 5 stars and the only reason it doesn't get five stars is just cuz it was tough to get a hold of customer service to get a warranty part replaced other than that once I finally wasn't able to get in contact with customer service the people I finally was able to deal with in the email they get five star service other than that the hot tub is great it's fun it's comfortable it heats up well and it's perfect for the price
