I never had a hot tub before and Ill never go without a hot tub again. We have used our spa twice a day for a month and so far no issues. Function: extremely easy to set up. Hot water Hose from washing machine fills fast. It heats around 5-6 degrees an hour. I turn it off in between because it retains heat well. In the morning I just turn it on heat for 90 min and it's good to go around 100 farenheit. Size: It's large enough for two adults, or add a kid and it's still fine. I wouldn't go in with my neighbor....but for family it's great. Costs: You will need to buy chemicals and test strips plus a scum sucker, scooper and oh, yeah... FILTERS. Expect to spend $ each month on these. Maintenance: We have refilled once in a month, probably because I had not figured out the chemicals yet. The chemicals can be tricky to balance. This spa comes with test strips. Recommend for first timers or small spaces, many great features like gentle bubble jets. ... show more

So far it’s been great, easy to setup, works very well and just the right size for my gazebo. Heats up very fast and the bubbles are relaxing. The filter is very quiet and even though it is right outside our bedroom window, I don’t hear it. The build quality is nice and it was well worth the price. Don’t buy this. It doesn’t come with all it says it’s supposed to. The directions are totally unclear. It does not hold air. And it is square and not rectangular as indicated in the advertisement.. In other words, it’s a total waste of your money - as you probably can expect from a non-US produced product! ... show more

AMAZING! I have been skeptical on inflatable hot tubs but finally decided to take the plunge (pun intended) Hot tubs are so expensive and I was worried about the quality of an inflatable. Let me tell you my wife and I use this thing every night after work. The floor is cushiony and comfortable and it maintains a solid 104 every day. We put ours in a greenhouse which definitely helps maintain the heat assuredly. I find it on days at 107. You will see a few people on here complaining that after a month the heating element went out. I promise if you read directions you will see that is not likely the case. It has a safety feature when the filters get to dirty (and they will) it shuts off that element as to not allow it to take damage. Sometimes it will throw an FC code and tou know it’s time to clean which is easy as pie, unscrew, spray with hose done. When mine dips to 90 I just go ahead and clean the filters and before you know it it’s back at 104 for days. It’s very sturdy and the bubbles are an AWEOSME feature. They feel like jets against your back and surround the entire hot tub. They do suck in air from outside so the hot tub might cool about 2 degrees but it’s not really noticeable. Make sure to buy a non chlorine cleaner. Set up took literal seconds as it inflates itself. I HIGHLY reccomend. The 60 by 60 fits my wife and I very comfortably. I’m 5’10” and corner to corner and can pretty well lay down. The only thing I would change is adding a second cup holder. ... show more

Hot tub works good, however, it came with a hole punched in it. We had to seal it with marine glue as nothing else worked. Try to get in touch with the company as stated on their webpage and could not get anyone to respond. For people claiming that the heater stopped working, make sure that the filters stay clean as the cause ours to stop while we were on vacation. A simple drain and change your filters, and everything was ready to go again! ... show more
