Picked up these industrial style wall sconces to add to my bathroom which I’ve done in a rustic farmhouse décor. I was able to change out some dated gold rimmed domes with these modern looking farmhouse / industrial style and they look great. The power coated metal is clean and complete. The weld joints are neat, however one of the lights is slightly tilted and if I tried to straighten it up, I’m afraid I would break the weld, so I’ve chosen to leave it and it’s not noticeable enough to have me swap it or return it. The sconces are open air with no covers so the light is direct and bright which is needed for a primary bathroom light set. The 60 watt stickers are placed on the front of the light sockets and not really estetically pleasing although I believe they are required to place these stickers in a visible spot. Like a mattress tag, I happily ripped the stickers off to give a clean complete presentation without an ugly silver sticker on my lights. The lights assemble easily, and all the hardware needed has been included along with wire nuts for making your connections. They include some disposable wrenches that aren’t great but do the job. Afterall, they aren’t meant to be kept after the installation. The Hot and Neutral wires have protective sleeves to keep the wires together and insulated when passing them through the extender and into the wire house. I love this new addition to my bathroom remodel, and I just lack the sliding barn door to complete my desired look now. I installed mine horizontally but I’m sure these lights would look just as attractive mounted vertically as bookends to a mirror or other accent piece. ... show more

Picked up these industrial style wall sconces to replace less attractive and less efficient light fixtures in our double folding door closet: their industrial style work well for us even if they are not in plain view. The power coated metal is clean. Good quality: the joints are welded properly. With two exposed bulbs in each fixture, we now have a greater light source than ever. We have not decided if we'll install both yet. The 60 watt stickers are placed on the front of the light sockets could be more discrete. I used this light fixture in my closet. I had to replace an old florescent tube lighting and it was hard to find something that was bright enough and easy to find bulbs for and replace without having to remove a cover etc. This fixture works great in many settings.

I like how this light looks. We are in the process of painting and redecorating to a more industrial/farmhouse look, and these lights fit the bill perfectly. I really like the look of them, and my husband had no problem installing them. My only issue is how lightweight they are. While they look good they feel cheap. Shouldn't be a problem because I can't remember the last time someone went around my house feeling the light fixtures. These were ordered for use in a bathroom so I was glad they're rated for possible use around some moisture in the air. I'm glad they're dimmable too. I like the look of the visible Edison-style bulbs so I think these will match the aesthetic we're looking for in that room. I'd recommend them.

These lights are great. They’re versatile as well! They can be hung vertically or horizontally. Whatever you need to fit your space. They look great with Edison bulbs and really transform the space. This item looks good in my stair case. The install wasn't too bad. Standard light fixture universal mounting plate. I wish it came with bulbs but it does not unfortunately. At $50 I don't consider this a great deal but I feel it's worth if it works for your motif.
